The engine is nothing but a tool. It's up to the developers as to wether it's going to run and play well. As to their using of UE4, good for them and us. It's a proven, quality engine that saves them the time and money of developing one from scratch. Which means game comes out sooner.

Not to be cynical, but the universal rule of business is to offer the fewest goods and services at the highest price the market will allow.
On that thought, WoW is essentially 10 years old. With even 1 million subscribers monthly, that's $15M in revenue / month. At last count they were at 3 million +/- ? $45M in revenue monthly. I'd say in 1 month, they've broken even and have even made some profit on the investment of resources required for the new expansion pack...
I'm digging this game. I had no illusions as to what it'd be from a content perspective and I liked the beta so it was a day 1 purchase for me.
I love how these little sites publish their reviews late in the day. I bet they watch the scores roll in all day before deciding how low they can go to generate some clicks.
I did the same. Came into work all red-eyed this morning and barely functioned all day. Closed my office door all day so nobody would bother me lol. But I agree. Can't wait to be out of here in 15 or so to play again. I'm happy with my purchase. Tons of whiners on this site.

The best review sites are the ones who don't get a ton of crap for free or make hundreds of thousands in ad revenue from the very companies who's games they're "reviewing."

What I'd add though is timing. They did a lot in 2.5 years. The reason there's no single player, etc, is because, and I'd be willing to bet on this, one condition of the agreement was that it was to be released alongside force awakens to capitalize and ride the essentially free (or tag-along) marketing they'll get with the release of the movie. I'm so glad I read this comment. Traded it while it still held some equity - solid move. Reasons for trading:
- "It's fallout 3 with new locations." Got it.
- "New Vegas is better." Ok... How is that?
- "It's crap." Dude, if your copy was legitimately crap, introduce me too the pooper because he has a golden digestive system.
People whine so much. That's really all I have to say. The game is great and the graphics are more than competent when compared with its peers. Bottom line, play the game and don't listen to whiners.
I disagreed with your statement, not with the first part of it, it is a blast to play, but to be fair, a lot of other games have ridiculously good graphics right now and upcoming, mgsv and Uncharted 4 for example, so I really don't understand the basis to that statement.
