Not a great month, can't say I'm not disappointed, but I will say this - try them. What do you have to lose? There has been a few times where I thought the month was crap yet I loved the offering after playing it. Stick it to the Man is an excellent example
Nah, unless they're offering pennies. Negative reviews are a dime a dozen (literally). I don't see a company incentivizing negative reviews, no RoI on it. Especially since such vitriol spewing people can also very easily bite the hand that feeds.
Negative reviews are negative reviews. I'd say try them anyway, even if you're disappointed. What's the harm if they're free anyway?
Agh. I'll try them, like always, but I'm always so let down. 2D indies just aren't my thing, albeit with a few notable exceptions. I reall expected something more now that we're in the third year of the console cycle. I mean, I'd even be happy with "Thief" or the GoW3 remaster or Knack or Killzone SF.
My favorite ps+ so far was definitely outlast and walking dead season 2. Stick it to the man was brilliant. Grow home was cool. Rocket League is ex...
Not excited whatsoever. The last 2 far cry games have been so route and mediocre. Excellent open worlds and gameplay and graphics, but I felt like they were missing *something*. Like, I really had no reason to go back to the game at all, and I'm talking in the midst of the initial play through. I had no investment in the story or characters. If I approach missions intelligently, I'd never lose. There were no elevated stakes as the story progressed. New environments were full of life y...
Might not be my favorite ever, but extraordinarily well done. Like a baby, I just finished this and the DLC almost 2 years after downloading it originally. Waiting for Outlast 2 this year. But gotta finish SOMA and Among the Slerp first!
This community is completely venomous against anyone that has even a hint of a dissenting opinion. You disagree and immediately lose bubbles because someone reports it as trolling and the Moderator also disagrees with your opinion and decides to dock one.
On a side note, while these warriors hate away I'm going to enjoy battlefront with my friends.
There might only be 4 planets on battlefront but the gameplay is ultra tight, the heroes and villains auth...
This guy woke up, yawned. Stretched. And immediately thought... "How can I troll everyone today?"
While in the midst of his morning dump it came to him: "Eureka! I'm going to shit all over one of the world's most beloved games!" After wiping his ass with a declawed kitten, he got to work!
Mission accomplished good sir. Great title. If it's not clickbait, as you so claimed, then why does your title scream "Clickbait alert!...
Tons of whiners man. All I have to say. Great that people feel a company owes them something. It's our pos entitled generation
Maybe it's his abrasive personality. He's been so mythisized that I bet his head got too big for Konami. They're getting a lot of hate, but we're only getting 1/2 of one side of the story. There was more to it than what came out. We'll see what happens. All I know is that every Kojima game sucked except for the MGS series, and even mgs 4 sucked hard IMO. Maybe he'll do great. And maybe his next game will be a massive troll of a game with his name hitting the screen eve...
Take a moment. Here's a Kleenex.... Wipe those eyes. All better? Good.
News flash. Sony is out to make money. The market can bear $40 so they're charging $40. I would too. It's called a business. And here's another news flash - they never cared. They've always been in the industry to make money, not to solely provide their customers with warm, fuzzy feelings.
And that game was released barely a month ago. That's a great price for a r...
They're very, very good too. The new blood was just astounding. Get through the intro and you'll be amazed. It starts off steroid heavy like a cod but the story is very last of us in style. By far the most compelling fps story I've played in years. Also, graphics are great and the game is just fun as hell in general
That's optimistic. Yes, I'll be contributing as I'm pumped for it, but 1.5 million, assuming it's a peripheral in the $300 range, is way too optimistic. I hope it goes past that though, it'll only be good news for gamers
I bought that game the first day it was released in September... Still haven't played it and I was so pumped for its release.
Walking dead season 1 for me man (still playing season 2). that ending... I probably sobbed for an hour + (uncontrollably I might add) after finishing that one a month or so ago for the first time. And I'm a 28 year old man with a career, wife and kid. Really glad they were sleeping for that one. First time a video game ever truly made me cry my eyes out...
Man I wish rainbow six siege were on sale... Not paying $60 for that one but knock off a few bucks and you're mine
Crazy thing is, I enjoyed the hell out of it. My thing is that I followed the torches, killed everything in my path, amassed a ton of blood only to lose it all. Then I was unable to find it as it wasn't where I died. Up until that point I had the patience of a saint. I might ask it back from my brother to finish eventually, I still have too many games on my backlog to dive back in though
Black ops 3!!!!
Bloodborne is an insult to anyone with a sense of time management. It's like it was made for those who can absolutely commit blocks of hours to this game, responsibilities be damned. No true pause button and the ridiculously frustrating save / "fast travel" system have turned me off forever. I have a child and wife and career. My time is limited. I won't waste it on a game that has no respect for the player.
I did after taking a break for about 2 weeks or so and once I picked it back up I just didn't have the patience for it anymore. I got killed once more with an extravagant amount of blood on me and just said "F--k it."
In my situation, (career, wife, child, home) I have like 3 hours a night to game, late night I might add (after they go to bed), and when I spend 1.5 of these 3 precious hours in vain only to start from the beginning, there's a great chance I&...
I've spent less than $1 per hour of gameplay. Huge Star Wars fan myself. Extraordinarily authentic. Very fun if you're into the series. But it used or cheap somewhere, no use sinking $60 into it. But if you're a fan you'll love it. Other game modes are clutch, I personally don't play those that were included in the beta very often
