I never played any of the other games, and DMC was my first intro to the characters. I had fun with it. Can't wait to try out Devil May Cry 5 when it comes out and see what canon Dante's like. Plain and simple, like what you like, and who cares what other people think. You're the gamer & the one buying the game. You're not out to impress the world. You're out to have fun and entertain yourself, so if you like something, so be it.
It'll probably be high. No number prediction from me. There are a lot of shortcuts in the demo that I hope are cleaned up for the final version. I pre-ordered this one digitally, so I'm stuck with it whether Capcom drops the ball on quality or not. The demo left me worried they did again but we'll see.

There are a lot of shortcuts taken with the DMCV demo. Don't believe me? Check out character shadows when not in direct sunlight. Easiest place to see it is on top of Nico's van. How about those two circles under each foot, boys? Speaking of vans, jump on top of the other one just before that and look and what Nero's standing on! How does he defeat gravity!?! It's amazing! At the end of the day, a good, powerful console at a reasonable price with a controller that I like and no gimmicks is what's gonna make the sale for me. I don't care if it's Sony or Microsoft. I just want a good system and the game franchises I love. Backwards compatibility with my existing PSN purchases would go a long way to keeping me with Sony next gen, but if it's a gimmicky system or the price is wrong, it won't make a difference. I watched a stream of this the other day for a few minutes. All I could think of is why is the play field so tiny?
Mediocre effort. Clunky controls, and the way the game has stuff to play laid out is horrible at best. Would not even make a good party game. Luckily it was only $20. Don't feel too ripped off because of that. Interesting way to try to make a game, but they failed at it. Nothing else left to say.
Glad I picked up a pro. The base PS4 was nice, but having reduced load times, smoother frame rates, the ability to stream a 1080p signal straight from the PS4 (instead being limited to 720p) when I'm feeling too lazy to setup my stream box, and the higher resolutions makes it worthwhile. Some games also support better graphics, and that's decent too. Two years on, no regrets buying one and I feel like it was totally worth it. So as a consumer, that's a good thing. No loud fan...

Can't wait for Persona 5 Remastered! No longer inhibited by the old hardware of the PS3 (PS4 port only this time around), character models, enemies, NPC's and environments get a nice bump in polygons, and higher res textures are used (think P5D). Throw in some new story elements (a la P3 FES or P4G) and I'm sold! Been waiting on this one a while now, so I'm glad it's sorta finally announced!

I tried it for two days and then traded it back in for a full refund. I just didn't like the story and the fighting was super crazy easy. Way too easy of a game. It looked good, but that was all it had going for it imo.

I was just hoping for the alien costume. That was the only one I wanted as an alt costume, and was disappointed it never became a thing. Oh well, I got over it. Cus I'm wearing my big boy pants.

I cancelled my pre-order for this title after reading about all of the motorcycle riding and how sloppy the controls were. The latest feedback is that riding the hog is still a chore. This was one I was really looking forward to while the Internet hated on it, but the more I read about it, the worse and worse it was looking.
