They gotta say something so the shareholders don't get spooked, I guess.
Nintendo's still around? Huh... I keep forgetting about them. I thought they pretty much died out after the SNES.
I ain't buying any. I'm just getting the base game and that's it. It's getting too expensive these days to do anything else.
Sweet, thanks!
Haters gonna hate. What looks bad to one, looks good to another. No regrets with getting my PS4Pro!
Gotenks looks stupid, but the rest of the lineup seems fun. Still excited about this one even with one lame character in.
Venom looks freakin' sick!!! 😮👍
Usually there's something I want, but nothing this time around. There are some good picks there, but I already have them. 😄
I LOL'd at the headline. Didn't read the article. Had enough of this trainwreck of a game now. Time to move on to something else. I feel bad for anyone that bought this game.
Excuse me, we're not undercharged. A video game costs between $60-$120 new depending where in the world you buy it. That is NOT CHEAP, no matter how you slice it. See, these analysts and companies forget one thing... We're the ones who buy the games, and we're the ones who decide whether we open our wallets. If a game costs too much, or if microtransactions get in the way of our enjoying the game, then we don't open our wallets. Who loses then? Not us. The companies wh...
Great news!
Good
It already costs me $79.99 each new game I buy. More if I get a so called deluxe version, which is really just a complete game, or closer to one. If prices go up again, then this gamer will just be buying used and won't jump on the day one bandwagon anymore.
Uh, yeah, they are.
Hopefully this is a wake up call for the industry about microtransactions and shipping games that aren't complete! I'm glad to hear gamers stayed away from this one to send a message!
That's okay, EA. I'm not buying this game either. You can leave it alone. It won't change my mind about buying it.
Sitting 10 feet away from a 50" 4K TV, I can't tell the difference between 1080p and 4K, let alone the smaller resolution differences between PS4 Pro and XBOX. If you've got a bigger TV or sit closer, maybe you can, but my vision is 20/20 and it's impossible for me. HDR, OTOH... Man, that stuff is night and day.
I have a PS4 pro and I know it's not as powerful as what's on the market for PC hardware today. But then again, it coats a fraction of the price and it's dedicated to doing just one thing. So I'm happy. This guy is just telling it like it is. The hardware was probably 3 years out of date by the time it hit the market. Just like the XBOX is right now. That's actually not too bad when you consider just how underpowered consoles have been traditionally compared to PC's. T...
EA has long been on my list of do not buy from. They had some of the poorest looking games of the 16 bit generation and some of them were just not fun to play. So after getting burned by them I stopped buying their games until the PS3 era. There, they seemed to be putting out some good quality games and fun games again. So I decided to get SWB for the PS4 when that came out because it looked like it could be a fun FPS and the graphics looked decent. I regretted buying it within 15 minutes onc...
It's good enough for me. Who cares if it's the most powerful as long as I'm happy with it. Buy the system you want the most and enjoy it. I did. End of story.
