Most addicting game ever!
Still, android phones are more like PC's than consoles and people have already ranted about how you cannot build a pc with the known PS4 specs, and get the same results. The S4 won't compete with the PS4, and as long as every game is designed for touch screens, i doubt consoles will ever die.
Really interesting news. I just hope it's more than a remake.
Cell phone gaming will never exceed consoles when they are purely touch based.
It's probably gonna be like where you have 1/5th of missions that doesn't suck, because the rest is made by the other devs, who have been scratching their head on how to deliver what the publisher wants.
If specs truly don't matter, then we should all just play NES over anything else. An improvement in hardware means less limitations, and THAT's what matters.
This game isn't coming for PS3...
And they sure have a lot of that with the PS4. Plus any modern day pc-gamer has at least 8gb of ram if they are serious about it.
In my opinion they are even better than Link's Awakening. I was also surprised at how different the two oracle games are, even though they came out at the same time.
You are in for a great game experience my friend :)
I still haven't gotten around to buying a downloadable retail game on the 3DS, but i definitely thought all games were around one or two gigabytes or more, so this is just great actually :)
One of the few games that actually goes under your skin! It's a really simple game in many ways, but i almost cried at the end because it's so fucking bittersweet and beautiful.
Great, insightful interview. Got me pretty excited for the game!
I know they are two different teams, but Bioware Montreal who made Mass Effect 3, seemed to dumb down the dialogue in Mass Effect 3 compared to ME2, and for some reason i have a hunch that it might happen to DA3 as well, since it seems that Bioware think it makes the main character "more human" when they have more autodialogue. To me that's BS, because it can easily work with more choices, but of course the game will need more development time and polish.
I thin...
btw, i wasn't saying that Nintendo lost a part of their skill or something like that, just that Rare was such a great asset for them, and i think they boosted the reputation of the Nintendo systems.
You're completetly right, but looking at the premise of the PS4 the concept is to have a machine where developers are no longer limited by technical issues (maybe talk about draw distance will soon be irrelevant) and it certainly should boost creativity. But on the other hand, every retail game has to compete to look as good as the ones next to it, so that's sort of a limitation in itself, and in that regard i think Nintendo get what they need with the Wii U.
There's plenty of new blood in Nintendo even though Miyamoto is still there. Zelda Skyward Sword got a new director for instance. I would still like it if Nintendo got themselves a new team partition, or if they partnered with other developers to make new franchises.
Nintendo really lost something when Rare abandoned :/
Microsoft still believes that Kinect is the future because it made so many moneys in it's release. They are shooting themselves in their feet and i barely know anyone who seem to be excited for the next gen Xbox. But we'll see what happens in a year or so. They could surprise me.
I'm a nintendo fan and i care about it alot, but of course i wouldn't buy a game like Mass Effect 3, when i can already play it along with the other two titles in the franchise, on my PC or PS3.
I think the bad sales are due to guys like me, and as the article says, because there are single-console owners that just weren't interested in third party titles.
Ouch, that is actually really painful to watch. I did cringe a few other times too, however i think it was a pretty heartwarming DLC overall. It's a lighthearted story and i think Bioware wrote it so intentionally for the most part.
Some of the scenes are a bit awkward though. Especially the first half of the party.
So basically the PS4 is getting even more powerful now!? I'm sold!
