The only fact I see is that there is a journalist here with a job he clearly never deserved, and has never done anything to earn his position.
Its rather funny, I didn't know trolling was actually a career that could provide income.
Maybe you could provide me some useful information for my 360 for a change mate? Then you just might be seen as a plausible journalist. What do I know though, it's only common sense eh
As much as I want it to be I really feel it isn't. Usually I would be saying 2012, but recently release dates are starting to bleed over to 2012 anyway which is one thing that had been holding off for a while. I honestly reckon 2013 is when it all kicks off, but early 2013.
I wouldn't be surprised if we start to hear about them in 2012 though, since the WiiU is on it's way, it is more or less inevitable that one company will want to grab some attention away from t...
You could probably build a rig that would outdo the PS3 out of your PC without paying too much. But yeah its going to be great on any console anyway. I will likely pick up a PC copy and a console copy at some point for those late night gaming sessions in bed
I have a question for people then, bit opinion based though, Best value high end Nvidia card?
Exactly, the releases get crazy starting next month so this was a pretty poorly timed article
Agreed, I have been looking into messing with SDK's personally just for fun really, So obviously have very little experience, Yet when I do dive in, I think I would go to the CryEngine3 because of its feature set. The only tempting thing of the UDK now is how user friendly it is, and even then I have not seen CE3 in use to say how user friendly it may or may not be
Ask Square-Enix what their strategy would be then.
But in all honesty I wouldn't be too bothered for a Halo 2 remake, it was nowhere near as good as the original
Thanks, Got my partner to check while shopping as well, £40 for the starter pack in sainsbury's right now. Probably be getting one soon
Nothing on a move price cut then?
Mirror's edge was fantastic but flawed, his 1 bubble probably speaks a lot lol, But by the way, Far Cry is very likely going to have some assets on PC that console won't anyway so I really don't get why you chose that as a weapon.
Even far cry 2 runs in DX10 so I wouldn't be surprised if the third runs on DX11
No DX11?
yeah it did, but the AI this guy is on about is the AI I have been waiting to see forever, Instead of being overly clever killing machines, Some are prone to human error as well. Personally I think that sort of AI would be much more believable
They did comment on it, I could probably find the source with a bit of hunting if you want. But what they basically said was they want to do a PS3 version however they can't afford to. My guess would be they closed a timed exclusive deal with MS, of which the money from both that and the sales will be used to fund the PS3 version. Seems to be the most sensible route for them to get the game as many people as possible
RedDragan gets it lol. EU gaming doesn't come cheap
Really? my bad man, In that case I will go check it out
I personally feel it's got more to do with how the movie industry has fallen from grace as such, There are great horror movies, just they're all old.
Games are overtaking movies in many aspects, and most disturbingly, story telling. That is why I find the horror genre of games has risen so much, It can retain the core principles of horror in gaming in a way most genres would struggle with. Hence it carries over easily and outshines the horror movie industry
The only thing I don'd understand is why charge for the dev kit? Surely just let any old joe have a go, because maybe, just maybe that guy could be the next leading dev?
I think its great that its cheaper, but still don't see why they charge when someone could essentially net them a lot of money by creating something big
It's Episodic? what happened TinyBuildGames? Being just a chapter overpriced, especially as an indie game
Personally I feel it is lagging behind quite a bit graphically, but yes the game was a lot of fun, and there was some impressive effects, But I feel in general, THQ games seem to have slightly worse graphics than most other games
I would certainly agree that PC gaming is growing, And probably due to the lifespan of the consoles. Some of the really dedicated gamers seem to be getting bored of waiting for new graphics. And not just in the N4G audience, friends and family have been joining steam.
Even I was never a PC gamer until a few months ago, I really think it has a good chance to come back now, With so many different services available and so many ways to advertise it through social networking etc....
