Peoples issue with this is 100% about the delay and 0% about it coming to the PS3/360.
I smell fear on you. Fear that the Wii U will one day succeed.
Everyone knows that the sells will spike tremendously when the games that people want come out. You cannot deny this rationally.
Hmm, the Wii U has the largest increase. Will this become a trend?
The Wii did that and more. Why can't the Wii U?
When are they going to top the last gen consoles that have been on the market for 7 years?
I'd image when a similar amount of time has passed, or did I miss the console that achieved a 70 million a user install base and peek performance in 2 months?
@ElectricKaibutsu. My problem is that it is the first thing everyone brings up even when it has nothing to do with the argument.
I think its great that more people can play it as well, but its not relevant to the topic.
This article is all about the release timing but the first thing I see is "I'm actually glad that more people get to play the game." No one was saying that it is a problem.
Even the comment below this one. "...
More people getting to play the game(it going multiplatform) is irrelevant to the issue that is being discussed and what the Wii U owners have a problem with. I really wish 360/PS3 fanboys would stop trying to insist upon this nonexistent anguish that Nintendo fans are suppose to have over it coming to the PS3 and 360, and insert it in every conversation.
The topic of this article, and the only thing Nintendo fans have a problem with is the delay from a few weeks from now to ...
If that were true then they would have went out of business with the N64.
Nintendo didn't not have any stake in Rayman or NG3.
Bayonetta is actually contracted for the for the Wii U by Nintendo. They are actually funding and helping develop Bayonetta 2.
You have as much chance of seeing that on the PS3 and 360 as you have of seeing the Last Story, and Xenoblade.
No, Nintendo fans don't react in that manner. The general consensus that I've seen from all of them regarding this news is that they don't give a flying duck about it going to the PS3 or 360 at all.
The only thing that aggravates them is that the release date got pushed back from a few weeks to 7 months.
People who are that hellbent on "not" getting a Wii U or the Wii U version would not lose anything by it coming to the Wii U first.
Also, this game would have been a hit with the drought of games that the Wii U has been seeing. It was pretty much the only must have gaming coming out this month and it would have monoplozed the entirety of the Wii U market.
Now they are releasing it after all of the other big games like, Resident Evil Revelation HD, M...
No, digital foundry jumped to conclusions. They are actually still trying to figure what half the chip actually is and does.
The digital foundry write up was rushed, heavily opinion based, and filled with things that contradict what they've found since they started analyzing the chip including the post by the guy who originally did the initial photowork and analysis. DF insisted it was a 4630(the lowest end of the possible chips it "could" be based on), and he s...
Why are you asking for help with your PS3 in Wii U news?
Its more than good enough for me. So long as it demonstrates that it can do more than the last gen consoles.
The Trine 2: DC dev still stated the game, as it is on the Wii U, cold not run on the PS3/360 without downgrades. Also, its still a port at the end of the day.
The best games on the console are the games that were made "for the Wii U.
Like Wonderful 101 which runs flawlessly at 720p 60 FPS.
I'd imagine more games.
I really wish people would stop going into sections for one console to port beg for another console or only discuss the advantages for the other console. They have their own sections.
Aren't all Zelda games open world?
You've got me confused as being a person like yourself only for another console. I am not a fanboy for any console.
I'm primarily a PC gamer and an old SEGA fan. I'm also a tech enthusiast.
True gamers do not behave in such a manor as to go to every piece of news for a system they don't like, have no intention of buying, and supposedly don't care about to bash it endlessly or dismiss anything postive. I would just as soon correct someone f...
I'm glad I read this. I was planning to finally buy my Wii U either this week or next. This deal sounds far better.
They are dealing with it, actively.
