I wasn't too keen on getting it to begin with since I have the 3DS version, but this just solidified it.
Not being a big budget, $20 mil+ title does not equal shovelware.
Its an HD ugrade for a 3DS game, not Wii. The Wii version actually had a little bit more geometry if I recall.
This will be the thrid Monster Hunter in HD. The first one was Frontier for the 360, though that was only 720p and the same with MHP3 on the PS3.
3 Ultimate is the first in 1080p though.
Woah, everyone list is based almost entirely on the PS3. If that doesn't say that N4G is ruled by PS3 fans, I don't know what does.
I dare not post my list(would mostly be PC games).

I would say the same reason that the 360 is Region locked, and the same reason that the Durango will likely be region locked.

DRM is a restriction that is added to something. Nintendo did not add a restriction, the network is simply still being developed. This is a case of a function not being implemented yet.
I'm pretty sure Nintendo said they would have independent accounts eventually, just as they said they will have Miiverse on the 3DS. It is all underway.

What part of them "already selling the console at a loss" do all of you have trouble comprehending.
Contrary to your beliefs and what other may want to be true, the parts in the Wii U are high quality and they are not cheap.
They will have absolutely no effect on the Wii U. Hell, they may actually boost its sells because people are going to go to them, see the really, REALLY, high price in comparison and get the Wii U instead.
Hurt? I don't have a Wii U and I wouldn't have bought this game even if I did.

Fanboys are something special on this site though. I noticed that from the moment of it being announced multi-platform, PS3 fanboys were coming out of the woodwork trying to wave it in their face and insist on it being catastrophic to Nintendo fans only to find out that going mufti-platform didn't provoke the reaction they were hoping for.

If Wii U gamers are smart, they will not download that demo at all. It would be an insult to themselves.

This is a completely new demo. Learn how to actually read the actual articles before you comment on them. This one had only about 5 sentences. Not that I would expect one who demonstrates such fanaticism to be concerned with facts and details.

Wind Waker HD already has a launch date set for August, so most people are likely to get that before Rayman.

I get them for 3rd party games, like Xenoblade, the Last Story, Battalion Wars etc.
They may not have the most, but they are always unique and high quality.
I'll be having fun with Bayonetta 2, Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate and Wonderful 101.
