I can go you one more on price and point out that the economy was a LOT more stable and people had far more expendable income when the PS3/360/Wii launched.
There was also far less competition from the previous generations of consoles as the PS2 was the only one still holding steadfast. There was also no competition from smart phones, and steam had no where near the level of dominance it has now.
I would have to say the opposite. Nintendo is the main thing keeping the industry alive. They breath new life into the industry with every game release and every piece of hardware.
They show that you can be create, do things differently, and still succeed. They set trends and others follow.

And? There are third parties that ignore Sony and Microsoft as well. The things is "which" and "why" and what do they make.
Nintendo doesn't need all of the third parties to support them, only the good ones. Right now it has the support of Platinum games(good), Shin'en(good), Ubisoft(hit and miss), Capcom(iffy), TT Games(good), Atlus(good), Square-Enix(decent) and a ton of Indie devs.

Yeah, I think I reget buying it over Fire Emblem. I saw a prewowned copy so I figured, why not get the cheaper game. I should have thought about why there WAS a preowned copy this early. I'll beat it quickly then take it back.
You shouldn't have said that. People want you to care and they want you to feel some form of sadness and resentment, even though no real Nintendo gamer gives 1 cent about not having games like this on the console.
It has to be an issue for them, otherwise they won't have anything bash and belittle. They won't to slam the console as only being able to play Mario and Zelda and various other overused, untrue, negative tropes that are popular on this site.

No one would buy it even if it did come to the Wii U. There will be too many games out that are much better by then.
So far, the Wii U isn't missing anything that I would actually buy that isn't coming to the PC. The PC version will always be the best choice.

I don't know. I just bought the so many indie games on the Wii U and I'm kind of saddened that they decided to drop 1080p support. Is this game doing more than Monster Hunter graphically and performance wise?

I've said this before. I seen duplicates of Wii hate news get passed many times, but I've had plenty of positive news stories failed by the mods because they were "similar" to another story from a completely different site.

What are you talking about? They get their first big third party "exclusive" game in 3 days. The next on the day after(as well as NFS Most Wanted U for whoever feels its worth $60).
The drought ends next week. Whether or not sales will pick up is no longer a question. Its how much they pick up.
