Is there a way to vote down articles for misreporting facts?
Since the moment it happened it has been restated by every Nintendo fan everywhere that they did not care in the slightest about it going multi-platform. They were angry solely because of the "7 month delay", yet he we are again with someone trying to push that nonexistent occurrence forward to stir up hits.
No one who owns are Wii U cares that its going to the PS3, Vita or anything. Plea...
The fanboyish butthurt I'm seeing from all of these Nintendo haters is disgusting.
Please take your Sony hardware appraisals to a relevant topic.
Way too twist facts and misallocate labels.
Ummmmm, you are aware that all Nintendo games come out of Japan right?
See this right here is what I'm talking about. The news is being distorted already.
In "Japan" indies cannot self publish. It says it right in the title. They have been self publishing in the U.S. for a long time.
The news for Microsoft and Sony, however, is for the U.S. They are just now catching up to Nintendo in the U.S. Get your facts straight.

I'm trying to figure out there reasoning for places it at 2 because the Wii U and the Wii are both more efficient according to there chart.
The stats of the 360 Slim aren't not that different from the PS3 Slim but its 5th and the PS3 is second? Also, if they are going to go by revised consoles, then why don't they put the Wii Mini up there?
One thing is certain. Whoever wrote this comparison favors Sony. It makes no sense.
@"ask anyone who owns a WiiU and they will tell you there has been no reason to buy one over the last 6-7 months. "
That is a lie. March had the best releases to date. It has MH Tri Ultimate and Lego City Undercover. There have also been a lot of good eshop games. I would never say there is "no reason" to get one.
Of course, starting in august there will be a new game coming out every 5 days and most of them look to be high quality.
They have never marketed to kids. They have always marketed to "everyone". There is a big difference.
People just label them as marketing to kids because sounds worse. Its one of those things the many untrue mantra's that just want go away like how people keep slamming Nintendo for not releasing new I.P. when they have releases multiple new I.P. every year for as long as they have been in the industry. People just ignore them.
Why is this important? I doubt this article is going to provide the reasoning and or any rationality behind this aside from showcasing it as something else negative that can be directed at Nintendo.
I will let Japan worry about how things work in Japan.
I hope this "drastic changes" aren't more cut content to make more appealing to tourney gamers.
I don't believe so. They have Pikmin 3, Wonderful 101, Sonic Lost World and a few other exclusives to draw attention.
Honestly, the only thing Nintendo needs for the holidays is better marketings. "What will you play next" is a terrible advertisement.
That was one of my favorite things about the game. My only wish was that it would allow 4 players and that it had more death to what you could do. My favorite part was that you could augment and power-up your characters.
I was hoping they would ad sticker upgrades to regular brawl, now that dream is gone.
With every new release I here, I become less interested in this game because they have stopped making it a full scale project and start building it for tour...
They all of these analysis of "what the Wii U needs to combat Microsoft/Sony" are ridiculous. The Wii U simply needs a steady supply of games. That is all that it ever needed and it ever will.
I hope not. Atlus and Shin Megami Tensei exist because of Nitnendo.
Nintendo hardware has always been there home. it would be natural for them to return to their roots. Heck, the DS SMT titles probably generated Atlus more profit than all of their 360/PS3/PSP/PSV titles combined.
I fail to understand how no matter how postive the new, if its about Nintendo, something will find Something negative to say.
That's all everyone's been saying for the past 6 months. Its beyond old and at this point its pointless.
Starting next month the Wii U will have least 1 new games coming out every 4-5 days. This probably tentatively a thing of the past.
I would rather Nintendo take its time and make sure the games are functional than rush and release poor products.
The Wii U doesn't need saving. It just needs game.
Whether or not this will sell systems is a ridiculous claim.
Hasn't this horse been beaten enough?
Earthbound is "Earthbound 2" or Mother 2 as it is. Its only called Earthbound in the U.S. because the name "Mother" was obviously copyrighted. The same with the Megadrive becoming the Genesis, the Famicom becoming the NES, Rockman becoming Megaman and so on.
There are 3 games in the series and there will be no fourth.
