Dead Space controls please! This is from a life long RE fan.
I love this game. Even on the 360 it's great and there are some good players out there. The analog stick isn't that bad of an option on the 360. However, I have the Hori stick so I just use that.
It's a great game and he is missing out. My only problems is that Seth is a cheap bastard and the DLC so far should have just been included in the game instead of going the SC4 route.
Seth is classic fighting game final boss. Overpowered and cheap since the computer can pull off every move at will. I guess since I grew up on these games I'm use to it. It's very rewarding when you get the win.
Agreed, I actually finished Mirror's Edge and Mercs 2 went back to Gamefly after a few days unbeaten.
It's simple. Bring back techtv. With a good mix of tech and game shows.
Screw OLED
Buy a Pioneer Elite Kuro while you can. Now that they are getting out of the TV biz the prices have come down a lot. It will be more TV then most people need until OLED or whatever come down to earth in pricing and go up in size.
By the way Pioneer is standing behind their sets with seven years worth of replacement parts stock.
Owen Heart is not a nugget! This game is going to be Epic for wrestling fans.
The only reason I could see getting both is SF2HD Remix plays faster then SF4 and you get Deejay/T-Hawk. Other then that SF4 is where it's at now and it's nothing but pure WIN!
Best fighting game I've played in years. Rose has a little ShamWow action for you!
Awesome review. Can't wait until this game is released. Day 1 purchase for me.
However, it's more like a win for gamers not really a "loss" for Microsoft.
That's kind of why I liked it. Some RTS games have gotten a little too complex. On the PC complexity is easier to handle but this works and works well for the console.
I enjoyed playing the demo last night. I was on the fence but now it's at least in my Gamefly queue. Looks like it will be a fun ride.
It's not that everyone wants "run and gun". It's just that Dead Space has done it better. With even more action then RE4 (at least in the demo) the controls just don't hold up as well.
Can't the game improve in all areas? Not just graphics?
It was a great mag back in the 90s. Exclusive content, great reviews, freaking huge. Now you get this very thin mag full of ads and little content that you could see on the net weeks before it came out. Rest in piece EGM.
I hope so and that those who are good take the time to help others learn. I can't wait to get a little Sham Wow action going with Rose.
@El_Colombiano
Then something is up with your PC. It should run better then Crysis. Warhead runs better on mine then Crysis as do most.
It comes in both 32bit and 64bit. However, they will be pushing 64bit this time because 4GB+ of RAM is starting to become the norm on new systems.
Windows 7 Beta seems solid so RC1 and RC2 will hit quick unless there is a major show stopper. It's just Vista the way it should have been.
It's real simple. Dead Space came along and set a new standard for survivor horror controls. While the controls "worked" in RE4 we now have even more action on the screen. Making most of the difficulty come from the controls not the game itself.
I love RE and have played it since RE1 on my PS1. The problem is they used "it's RE" as an excuse to continue the poor controls. They were fine in RE1, improved in RE4, and just not cutting it in RE5 compared to o...
