For those of you that own both a 360 and a PS3:
Agree: I buy most of my games on PS3 and will be getting RE5 on PS3.
Disagree: I don't care about 1080p blu-ray features and only buy exclusives on PS3 because I find multiplats are usually better on 360 anyway.

can anyone say that they weren't impressed? Seriously, if the limit is Gears of War 2 then that's a pretty darn good limit. But I doubt that's the case. Alan Wake looks like it'll raise the bar for 360 games and then some game will come along and raise the bar even higher. This happens every gen. Heck, look at MadWorld and you can't help but be impressed with what devs are doing with a glorified gamecube aka The Wii. (Couldn't resist).
when you're playing without the Xbox360 version right next to the PS3 version? I don't recall any article other than this one saying the PS3 version suffers visually. Some articles will go to great lengths to try to make something out of nothing. Yet another article catering to fanboys in order to get hits. Sad.
have online coop? I could care less about offline coop but apparently that's a big deal to people.

It's sold out around NYC. I ordered mine off Amazon and now they're saying they're on backorder and won't be shipping for another 2 days. F! The art style is growing on me but I still think they should just used the 3rd strike style. Oh well. Can't wait to play this one.
I started playing through GTA4 again last night (in part for trophies), and have to say that Liberty City is not so bad on the second visit. In fact, I think I can appreciate the game more now than I did back when I picked it up some 10 odd months ago. I guess this is because I no longer compare it to previous GTA's in terms of vehicle control. And Niko is perhaps one of the most memorable characters I've ever played as in a game.
So yeah, I'm jealous. Hope the DLC does well on ...
Seriously, that's such a biased market against Western consoles that it would take a major turn of events for MS to ever do well over there. It's probably a money sink at this point. Take that money and put it into some new IPs or new functions for Live.
The good news is that with times being so hard and the cost of launching a new console being so high, it's very likely that we'll get another 5 years of PS3 and possibly 360. I'm not complaining btw.

let me say that though I never reported a HHG article, I was one of the people that said the grammar in some of his articles was so bad I would never read one of his articles again. I still look at a "journalist" that can't write a grammatically correct article as being similiar to a mechanic that can't fix cars. It's just so centric to the entire process of being a journalist IMO.

I was waiting to get my refund from school before i picked up the collector's edition for PS3. Well once I got my money the friggin thing was going for over 100 bucks on Amazon. Now I had to settle for the regular edition.

just stating fact. Halo Wars and Star Ocean versus what Sony's dropping is a clear no contest winner for Sony. Unless MS announces that God of War III is going to be multiplat at this year's E3 (obvious joke) the only games they have to feel excited about are multiplats. Not so for PS3. In fact, I have a feeling that on top of all the great games coming, Sony is going to announce a surprise at E3.
