No. I'm actually on record saying that sans RROD the 360 would probably have been my console of choice.
Inexperienced gamers? What does that have to do with anything? I mentioned XBL costing a game a year and RROD. Are you saying if I were an experienced gamer this would be no problem for me?

I don't have to wait at all. Look at the competitions' numbers. And when I say competition I'm not talking Wii because the Wii is in a category by itself (whether you take that as a good thing or a bad thing is on you).

I hope when PS4 launches you guys don't doubt the system as much as you did PS3. It's really getting old telling you guys "this is Sony and it's only a matter of time before they reclaim their top spot."

we get online for free. Let Sony try to recoup some money from us. Not like you HAVE to pay to play online or download demos. No biggie. Betas are a different matter. You at least have the option. Certain consoles just make you pay from the outset to do anything.

I want to believe the game is coming early next year (I can dream). Can't wait to see where they're at. I remember reading something where Square said they could achieve a level of lighting never thought possible before and on par with Motion Pictures via the PS3.
We have "that game." That one game(s) you look back on and smile. The game that you usually keep forever and regret losing. The game you loan to a friend and immeadiately regret letting them hold it. That's MGS4. I don't blame 360 guys for still wanting it even though it's quite apparent the game is PS3 exclusive. Heck, I'd want it if I didn't have a PS3. Gotta Play B3Yond to experience it though,

I'm not sure if playing as a zombie would be fun. But hey, I've been wrong before.
it's not a 2 button game so I guess that makes it a hardcore's hardcore game but it is a masterpiece that any gamer should experience. I'd say the same about Mario 64, World of Warcraft, Halo 1, Super Metroid, and Final Fantasy VII.
this is a game I hope they focus on single player and not multi-player.
Then again if they could come up with some sort of smaller team deathmatch where it's a bunch of players vs. AI zombies and trying to say get to an extraction point I think that would be cool. Think Dawn of the Dead type stuff. 4-8 players start out in a mall or something and have to get to a boat. Something like that would be both different and fun. Either way it's a day one purchase for me.
it's coming out this year. That'd be huge, no?
BTW I'm glad to hear it's not timed exclusive.

Was it worth making a system with a last-gen storage format? Was it worth it to make a system w/o a standard HDD? Was it worth paying for DLC for GTA IV that isn't coming anytime soon? I could go on and on? Was it worth staying in the gaming business when your gaming division has yet to turn a profit?
you guys are like the kid that can't get over Burger King not having a Big Mac. You gotta go somewhere else to get that! Just like you gotta get a PS3 to play MGS4. It's not coming to 360. I'm sorry, it sucks but it's not coming. Well, it sucks for you cuz you can't get over it not coming. It's not coming. Why do you guys want PS3 games? I thought 360 games were where its at? I thought Halo 3 and Bio...oh wait...well...Halo 3 and Gears were enough?
but if that's what MS has to do then that's what they have to do. They're not afraid to throw money around (except when it comes to building a quality system) so let them pay millions to have this game be exclusive for a few months. Not like they'll be a shortage of games on PS3 by then. I'm not trying to downplay this either. It would suck. But what can ya do? Sony won't pay for exclusivity and MS will. Money talks and....well you know the rest.
