Because it was a dumb suggestion given its currently on a number of platforms and continuing to pull in lots of support and money. Why alienate a huge part of your audience by going exlusive to a platform. Look at what happens when that happens with console gaming!
PlayStation 4 yes....PSTV, PS Vita....Sony should have done more in that regard.

People don't like change. I mean look at the the outcry when Sony dropped the number of activated systems from 5 down to 2! That had everyone up in arms....oh wait, no it didnt as Sony proclaimed anyone with more than 2 activated systems was likely a pirate.
Looks fantastic! I gave Project Cars a miss because of the framerate issues and I'm glad I did. Forza 6 is easily the best in the franchise to date!

I use to agree with you 100% on that but I've had to replace too many Sony products over recent years because of various issues. Their portable media players are especially poor.
In certain territories the X1 is providing good competition for the PS4. Do you think Sony should ease off in those territories just because its doing way better than the X1 in others?
X1 will have a great xmas however, the marketing deals for Battlefront and BOIII have me backing Sony to take out Xmas this year. Owning both consoles is making for one heck of an expensive xmas for me and the kids this year. I cant recall any time before that I've wanted so many games!
It may not be ok but consumers adjust. It would not be the first time a feature had been removed from a console.
Funny thing is...I only own one disc for my X1...the game that was given away with it. All my purchases have been downloads as I much prefer the convenience.

The visuals are an improvement on FM5 but and are solid but are not jaw dropping. However, it plays incredible!
