From personal experience the environments in GT5 Prologue looks miles better than Forza 3, and I wouldn't expect the final game to look any worse :D

That he doesn't like the PS3, to which I say get the f*** over it, I don't care what you preffer or what you think is better, but some things are undisputable from a critical standpoint Uncharted 2 is the best game this year and perhaps even this gen so please do us all a favour a shut the hell up!

You know both those games look amazing and all developers use small tricks like that so that they don't have to create a whole city 5 miles away just so it'll look nice for those 30 seconds you are going to see it before moving on.

I have had one of the best years to date, Killzone, RE5, Infamous, Uncharted 2, Forza 3, Shadow Complex, Demon Souls Assasins Creed, MW2, Dragon Age Origins, Ratchet & Clank, Batman AA etc, Notice how many of those were PS3 exclusives ;)
More like we can expect all 360 fanboys to focus on Reach for the rest of this generation, have fun while I go play Uncharted 2 then some Demon Souls. And btw the most impressive game this gen so far is Uncharted 2 and the nr 1 conteder who can possibly one up it is The Last Guardian.
On topic - Halo Reach looks good but not jaw-dropping good.
What about VGA? What about the numerous other sites and magazines that will undoubtedly give this GOTY?
Please spare yourself the indignity of attempting to justify your obvious 360 slant that IS blinding you and I can tell you already the only reason you don't like Uncharted is because its not on the 360. Becuase then you'd ateast praise what others see in it.

And while ODST is no flop it is a very overpriced DLC because you are essentially paying for firefight and 4-6 hours of gameplay.
Sure the production value and polish on GTA IV was greater but I play games for their enjoyment and while the core story was very interesting the side missions made the game extremely boring much like the side missions in Assasins Creed sucked the fun out.
But you wouldn't know because you haven't played it :)
