This game is going to be great it's going to sit nicely in my 2010 collection with GoW III, SCC, GT5, Heavy Rain etc. :)

Sure it might be good but as far as modern warfare is concerned I'm set with MW2 for some time to come and considering my whole year is overflowing with games this is probably not going to make my list.
What happens with the airdrops?
If you are right then I'll eat my own words but considering we haven't seen anything on Reach is why I think that's a pretty strange conclusion to come to.
So in short no I don't think was a "much needed improvement", more of a welcomed addition. And I hope we see more to come, it would be nice to see more developers add free DLC once in a while, they don't have to be big additions and they can release bigger priced one's but it's nice to see ND keeping the poor man satisfied as well.

Forza 3 got the most hype and consiering Demon Souls and Infamous are new IP's whereas Forza 2 sold 4 million, shouldn't those people who loved Forza 2 soo much go out and buy a game which is pretty much the same.
Don't get me wrong I love Forza 3 but the tansition isn't a big leap especially not graphically which they boasted about ironically enough.

1. You forgot about FFXIV online, White Knight Chronices, The Agency...& M.A.G...& ModNationRacers & The Last Guardian & Yakuza 3 & 4 (wetern release most likely imminent)
2. Back in the PS2 days those were amazing numbers, still are.
3. Heavy Rain isn't going to be a flop despite it's niché market, it's looking great although you wouldn't be able to see that because you have fanboy glasses on.

Because those sold around the same numbers as some of these recent titles like Infamous and Demon Souls.
I played the demo and was shocked and awe'd at how great the combat alone is in this game not to mention the graphics and mo-cap work is phenomenal and top that off with some nice sound and a plethora of moves, I am sold as sold can be.
Because hailing too human as being the best game this gen is just beyond me.
And Rocko I thought you didn't like good games I thought you only went for the one's that sell well, isn't that what ou have always spun in you comments.

I haven't played it so I'll reserve my opinion a little but from what I have seen, heard and read it does look like something I'd like and I completely agree with what you are saying. MAG will be praised by some and hated by others.
But EA is not directly involved except with funding. The only games that EA makes and doesn't just publish are the sports franchises and for me there isn't enough improvement from one year to the next thus games that ending upm falling short of their potential.
