Hmmmm....but what's the point in creating games with graphics that are fantastic and look almost photo-realistic.......when only a handful of people have PC's powerful enough to run them at full potential?
Yeah, I bought VF5 and I've hardly played it as there's no-one that wants to play me! Most of my friends hate VF5, so I was a bit miffed when they said it would have no online play. Then I got extremely pissed when I hear that it will now have online play for another console.
Well, that is the last Virtual Fighter game i'm going to buy, i'm about to trade it in for more worthwhile game. Bring on Tekken:DR online, Soul Calibur 4 and Tekken 6!

This whole GTA4 thing is getting stupid. Wasn't previous GTA's multi-platform? I don't think it's a big deal. It's coming on both systems, and on the day it comes out, will probably be exactly the same. It's only after a month or two when the exclusive content comes out, and I don't think people are going to buy a new console just for the dlc (which will have to be paid for) of one game.

Press X to pick up someone on the floor or something. Once you have it/them press and hold X and tilt the pad for some aftertouch
Very short......but why have I been playing this for an hour?! It's bloody good. Word of advice: Master air comboing and throwing people using aftertouch and prepare to be dazzled!

I love NBA2k7, the gameplay just feels right and doesn't feel gimmicky *cough* Live *cough* and the animations are beautiful. EA lost me at NBA live 06. Trust me, anyone doubting 2K sports, you need to go play NBA 2K7. It seems like they really enjoy making games as the attention to detail is staggering (signature shots anyone?)

Okay, I might get flamed for this but I actually don't mind MGS4 being the last Metal Gear. There's always a worry in my mind that a product get's milked for all it's worth by releasing sequel after sequel and getting worse and worse *cough* Dynasty Warriors *cough*. I wouldn't want that to happen to Metal Gear and I think it should leave on a high.

Very good read. I actually liked Red Dead Revolver and Midnight Club 3: Dub Edition is one of my favourite racing games. One thing I think make R* games stand out in the crowd is the humour which simply isn't in many other games. Let's hope they sort out their staff any the controversies surrounding the company.
The thing is, just because it's supposedly "easy" to play DS back-ups, doesn't meant Sony should let it slide. Perfect example why such measures have to be taken? Kotaku recently asked Epic why they have decided to bring UT3 to consoles. Their answer? Because they recognised that piracy is rampant on the PC scene and they were loosing out on some revenue because of this and so decided to release it on more platforms to recoup some profit.
Piracy is hell for developers...
But like I said above, homebrew has also invited piracy. Now if you had a handheld and it was competing against another brand which was already doing very well, wouldn't you want people to buy software for your hanheld rather than to pirate them? The DS doesn't have a hombrew community and I don't think Nintendo has ANY intention of opening their handheld up. Can you blame them?
The number of UMD games you can get from bittorrents is crazy.
If Sony does this it would be pretty cool, though of course if they don't it's no big deal......as the average everyday Joe knows nothing about Custom Firmwares or homebrew and probably wouldn't want to risk bricking their PSP trying it.
I actually have a custom firmware on my PSP but not for UMD iso's as that to me is being cheap & stupid. I use it to customise my XMB (which looks quite snazzy atm:)) and to run old school emulators.
