Well, the thing is that in SC1, they were buildings mainly due to lack of flexibility in the game engine. In SC2, units can become stationary, and buildings can unroot and move about.
I find it just natural that the hyper-evulotional virus that the Infestor ( http://starcraft.incgamers.... ) uses can mutate into controlling other Zerg Broods as well as Terrans or Protoss!
I think the mutations and infestations that the Zerg are doing is really cool. Its very interesting how Browder managed to pick up on that so well, and has helped the dev team enhance this feeling so much with the Zerg. More mutations of units, and more infestation.
The only thing that bothers me is no infestation of other Zerg buildings...
How would that work? Is there Keyboard and mouse for the consoles? I just like Guitar hero, I am no console expert since SNES fell out of use ;)
There was system requirements ( http://starcraft.incgamers.... posted a month or so back, but Blizzard has said that "those were not publicised by us", and the only thing they have announced is the shader requirement.
The thing is, there was some debate about this, and in the end I think that the requirements are probably quite close to the truth in the end anyway. That Magazine co...
There are creatures on earth living in boiling water under the crust of the earth... I just hope that that type of heat resistance won't translate to (earthly) viruses.
I would assume that the Zerg can live fine there, if adapted, as long as they keep out of the actual Lava itself...
Yes, I totally agree, as the cloaking mechanic is very interesting, and such a waste to completely remove it for one race from before Tier 1 units =P
Hahaha, right you are, I never thought about that!
Perhaps it's mostly a matter of that then!
That doesn't explain why there are no shots of the Swarm Guardian though... =P
Yeah, the upgrades for them are separate, which is a bit of a pain, but on the other hand, but on the other hand, they are like dirt cheap.
As he's upgraded to an Overseer (can't believe there are no more pics of it!), he's basically like a non-cloaked, pansered Observer, really. With the addition that he has the regular Overlord abilities, and will work like a sight beacon (increasing sight range if still).
I just got to vent. I don't normally spend all day surfing news, and so even a few minutes deviation on this "news" post makes me pissed. WHY DID YOU APPROVE A ONE YEAR OLD PIECE OF NEWS?
The main feature of the article is an interview in AUGUST 2007! (BlizzCon) The article doesn't even add any additional thoughts or insights from different OLD interviews, it's JUST OLD.
Gnah..
/vent off
Yey, news approved 24 hours after posting =P
I am also longing for WWI! Will be so cool!
Oh, ffs, can someone approve the story?
Oh crap, another person who gets hung up over StarCraft: IncGamers current news post system...
Well, the stats that are available has changed slightly as well, and the Drones don't do all buildings any more. There's more info in the preview though...
Noooo, not like that, I would be SOOO Dissapointed! =(
It would be SO cool to see a new cinematic for Diablo III at WWI. Man, I SO want that =)
That would be fun, but is probably going to come AFTER SC2 + expansions are released, seeing as the WC3 team now is working on SC2, I assume they are the ones doing WC4.
Also, they GOT to release another Diablo before next WC game. I can tell you 100% sure they won't be introducing WC4, at the very least!
Yeah, I think that sounds like the most plausible thing as well...
Such a braindead comment =P
My thoughts exactly. Tychus Findlay is very cool. =)
How can you be so sure? =P Do you know something that I don't?
Ultralisk => Gigalisk => Teralisk! =D
