It's going to be nowhere near 120 fps on consoles next gen. Waste of bandwidth. And 60 fps will only be used for competitive and/or fast games. Just like this gen.

React? MS has been working on this since before Sony aquired Gaikai.
They've tried but they're not as successful as PC or MS at competitive MP games.
