Don't get your hopes up about project Morpheus being released next year, we might not even be looking at a release this gen as it will need to be capable of pushing two screens at 1080p which I don't even think it has the ports let alone the hardware to do at any decent image quality.

We are less than a year from release so I am expecting a decent amount of gameplay footage this time around, maybe even something playable.
i was expecting some details of the gameplay also there's no question this game is technically very good at this point, seems like this game will either take a couple more years until a full release or they are going to put it out and just have the gameplay be wandering around and getting points for seeing different things.
@abizzel bet these console manufacturers wish that they could sell these systems as well as Apple sells their iPads and such, by your lifetime estimates for wii u for example that's less than what the ipad sells in a single year. Tablets is such a huge market in comparison going to be interesting to see what happens by the next console gen.

Depends who is splashing out the cash capcom isn't going to turn down the money and everything they have done so far just reinforces that stance.
Street fighter is a good fit for the ps4 and its player base so no surprise Sony have handed out the cash for this one, Deadrising just seems to lend itself more towards the xbox target audience and is why microsoft dished out the money for it and might do so again if they need to fill a hole.

If anyone was going to buy the rights to street fighter it makes sense that it's Sony, at least if you just have an xbox you still got mortal kombat to look forward to along with killer instinct so not too bad.
All the ps4 users here on n4g have PCs or so they keep saying so I guess this isn't a big deal for them.
Good to see Sony splashing the cash a bit though especially if it goes into making the game better, seems microsoft have got them a little bit unsure for them to start making such an exclusive deal on a game at this level must have cost them a decent chunk of cash.
I wouldn't go so far as to say it failed miserably on pc it had a bad start but they seem to be quite active on solving the problems with the game and it's picking up slowly even in such a competitive market. I think with all the changes they are making and with the now delayed again launch they might get quite a decent response when launched on the consoles regardless of if they go free 2 play, which is never all that free anyways, or if they go the subscription route.
Yeah it was such a great unexpected game, it should have at least got a nomination.

Respawn must have gone on a major recruitment drive if they are going to announce something outside of titanfall 2 as I remember them saying how small their team was.

Got to agree it's not a big event anymore, really the best it can do is show off some indie games and give them some publicity. I don't expect big companies to want to do a major reveal on that event anymore.
Yeah this gen isn't made for vr, you need to output two 1080p images and that just isn't possible at a decent image quality and fps. Wouldn't we also need two Hdmi outputs for that?
