If after I have visited 100+ planets i am still finding interesting new environments and life that surprises me then I will say they have changed the way I perceive procedurally generated games, however atm we just haven't seen enougth to say if they have pulled that off or not.
Titanfall is actually quite a decent game now, if evolve evolves as well as titanfall has then i dont mind it being this years titanfall.
Same, would be nice to get more Strategy games onto the consoles. Will be interesting to see how the ipad version holds up.
A good linear game is one that convinces you that it isn't one while you are playing.
Over the last two days we must have had a good ten+ of these articles saying the same thing, n4g.
So far with the games I have played it's been quite equal and I have both won and lost both as hunter and monster.
Lets hope everquest next isn't pay 2 win also, this type of thing really needs to be limited to cosmetic items only.
With the paid airdrops all that will end up happening is that friends will group togeather and protect the loot drops meaning those groups will have an even bigger advantage in this pay to win mess.
Sony might as well just rebrand themselves as playstation, outside of their film business they dont have much consumer products left that are profitable.
After playing both betas now I would say even the base price is to much for this game never mind the over inflated dlc price. It is a decent game but I won't be picking this one up at launch because it doesn't seem any where near worth the asking price.
When you put on that headset and headphones you aren't going to know what's going on around you.
We still haven't seen enougth of the game to know if they have been able to overcome the big issues with procedurally generated games, so I think it's still far to early to call it a game changer.
Sony has gone out and stuck big chunks of money into indie game developers hands, there's really nothing more to it.
There can be only one!
Yep it is also at a great price point, really tempted to get this one on its own as have played SR4 to death already.
If a developers submits a game to xbox it will be released even if it's already on the ps4, we already have examples of games where that has happened. Only reasons not to is if they were paid, the game is crap or there is a specific personal reason the developer has chosen not to make it for the xbox. In this case they said it themselves, Sony paid them.
I personally am not a big fan of the dark souls type of games but i think bloodborne will be bigger than the order, especially in the long term.
"Sony reached out to us with a deal we couldn’t reasonably refuse,”. Says it all there really, Sony paid them and has nothing to do with parity clause, stupid article.
They have improved it a lot since pc launch, it won't win goty but I think it will be a good game when it launches on console now.
The hacking system was very nice but overall this game was soulless, for the next one that's What they need to work on.
VR games could begin to push into that amount.
