Exactly... I don't think I have bought a single game because of a demo. I have only been turned away from a game once playing the demo. Note: Last memorable demo that caused me not to buy the game was Dragon Age 2.

Again, think about the ad and why they would use this premise to advertise cross game chat? It has no correlation to any CHAT function in it's advertising.
If it was a bar or chat room then you would more then likely see that highlighted versus the premise of game characters checking into an establishment which is what we actually saw.

I must be one lucky mofo because I have rarely ran into any glitches when playing Bethesda games compared to some other RPG titles. I think the ads were aimed at the story line theme of annihilation of a society and it's people and seeing them as personal moments lost versus the games heavy gunplay.
