As far as sales in Japan go, people miss the point. When MS gets exclusivity for big Japan-centric titles, its more than just sales, its establishing credibility with the gamers there. The fact that the 360 is enjoying far more success there than the Xbox is a testament to that fact.
Also, those exclusive games dont sell only in Japan, they sell them the world over.
Two examples:
Blue Dragon is at 530k WW
Lost Oddyssey is at 810k WW

You know, I thought the reviewer gave some very detailed reasons as to why they thought it was an 8, agree or disagree.
* The shooting mechanics. While shooting is fun in UC, its no Gears. What he said was spot on regarding the enemy tactics, AI, and repetitiveness of the gun battles in UC.
* The exploration. the "exploration" in the first UC was all linear. Compared to the first Tomb Raide...

The PS3 needs space for mandatory installs, thats for sure. but with the 360, you can install entire games to your HDD. And the 360 is no less a multimedia machine than the PS3, even more so when counting Netflix, a bigger rental selection, and Windows Media Center.

I went to E3, and I played Forza 3, and its SICK.
Does it look just like the screenshots? No---it looks better. In motion, this game blows the doors off of what you have seen before. It has an amazing driving feel, and is probably the best racer I have ever played (I go all the way back to Turbo on Colecovision!).
