I guess reviewers arent allowed to have dissenting opinions, yet again.
Find any and all reasons to discredit them...doesnt this sound, familiar to anyone? Gestapo anyone?
You obviously dont like hearing about sales or giving any insight on them...why comment here?
I dont get it sometimes...if you dont like the topic, you can ignore it. I could understand if it was some horrible blog, but its just a sales article. Its not like anything anyone in here says actually changes anything.
Ryback....I dont understand that comment at all...what does this DLC have to do with full games, as you put it?
Surely, you are referring to GTA 4? I dont see why all the hate for optional content. No one forces anyone to purchase it. It extends the value of your games.
Thats a bad thing?
And like I commented below, if this indeed is all you get for $10, its a rip. Simple and plain.
If that is indeed true, that this DLC only adds some extra modes, thats BS. Especially for $10.
I didnt see any differences, but I suppose we have to see them in motion. But I doubt that would show anything, and even if so it would be miniscule.
I guess with this and Punch-Out!! Im buying two boxing games this year...
Glad to see E3 as a big circus again. Ill say hi to the booth babes for everyone...
I dont at all doubt that. Im sure that with some optimization, they could get it running on PS3 just fine.
Whats more telling is the immediate kneejerk reaction by the faithful as soon as something positive is said about the 360 HW, especially compared to the PS3. More importantly, its not about an exclusive game.
EDIT: And here's a link to the id article... htt...
Did a dev say something good about the 360? HERE COMES THE SDF TO THE RESCUE!
Notice, that unlike other articles recently, this isnt a dev owned by MS. Its a neutral 3rd party.
But dont worry, the SDF will explain that they are all made up of ex-MS employees, or some other BS. Spin spin spin away!
EDIT: and from the article, since many wont actually read it anyhow...
"This new technology, especially the game-wide deformation (unseen ...
Those numbers are pretty disappointing. Unfortunately, I wouldnt expect iNfamous to do any better. Maybe worse, since it has no where near the hype this game has.
Damn...that kinda speaks for itself.
So a bunch of people hate GS, but are totally cool with Wal-Mart? Meh, to each their own...
So we could have Rick Hunter vs. Ken? Or Min Mei vs. Chun Li? Interesting...
On a small side note...the apt building I live in is owned by Harmony Gold. Yes THAT Harmony Gold. Imagine my surprise when I first went to their offices on Sunset Blvd in Hollywood. I immediately recognized the name, but I thought it couldnt be the same. Lo and behold, as soon as I walked in to their building, Robotech stuff everywhere. Trip.
Was never a big Robotech fan myself so mu...
#11 - If you actually finished Friday the 13th on NES. Bonus if you did so without Jason making you crap yourself.
This one hasnt really been on my radar, but I have been getting more and more interested. Just got my e3 badge in the mail.
C'mon June!!!
I personally dont get the appeal of all of these seemingly identical games myself, but there must be a huge fanbase out there.
Any of you guys use the Personas yet in FF? Thoughts?
There's some pretty cool ones, but I am waiting for some good video game ones.
I still prefer FF overall, but Safari (on Mac) is a VERY close second now. It seems to load pages faster and cleaner.
But I seriously doubt that. The only people that would even be aware of its early release would contain the same group that would actually steal it.
Pirating can take a chunk out of anything's sales, but for a game like this, with the demographic that will buy it in serious numbers, I dont see that happening.
It looks more like a Lynx, which the PSP also looks similar too. These youngsters...LOL
EDIT:
@ below
No doubt, the basic design no matter what you do is gonna be similar to whats been done before.
I think if they are releasing something like this, it will be akin to the iPod touch, with the added functionality of taking your Xbox LIVE games with you, or you can buy them separately thru Amazon or something. If so, thats a good idea. I'd sell my dusty PSP for that...
Include Wi-Fi browsing/syncing, chatting thru Xbox LIVE, access to your gamercard, avatar support, a nice sized HDD...if you could also sync it with your 360 music library (with either the internal or an exter...
I think these labels tend to be overused, but nonetheless, this game does not currently have "AAA-status".
Stands at 86 (13 reviews) according to Metacritic...
