considering i spent almost $750 after tax the day i bought my ps3 (launch 60, with extra controller and a game)
heck yes i'd spend $400 on a ps4, but i am quite sure it will be $500 or more, and i actually hope it will, i want great parts in the thing, even if its $600 again i'll grab one, though i think sony will tone it down to $500

a damn fine card, love mine, have not played a game yet it does not max.
heck, for less than $350 you can grab a gtx 670, will still max everything for the next few years, with perhaps a few dial downs, still, it will beat anything next gen consoles put out for sure!
or a 580, you can grab one for $420

its the other way around, all conole games are ports, made on pc and ported to a given console, with greatly reduced assets, resolution, lighting, aa, af, physics, framerate

all because of that trailer, the game was a 6/10 at best when i rented it on ps3, visuals were awful, jaggies, screen tearing like crazy, every time i swung my weapon it slowed down into CRAWLING framerates, maybe 15 tops
when it was $5 on steam i decided to give it a chance, and while the visuals were 10x better and it ran and a perfect locked 60, the game itself was still a hollow shell, 7/10 maybe because at least i could look at it

the wii u 32gb sku should be $199 tops, everything in it is almost two generations old, its barely an upgrade over ps3/360, and with the games it has right now, its a downgrade...
look, i love nintendo, and i love their franchises, with monster hunter, the inevitable fire emblem and metroid and castlevania coming to the system, i'm going to buy one, but, nintendo just makes it hard for me to want one anytime soon

good to know it will look decent on next gen consoles though too, not pc level i'm sure, but decent at least...the witcher 2 on xbox360 looked worse than the witcher 1 from 2007 on pc.
