ps4 and nextbox will both have laptop gpu's in them, they are nowhere near the power of a gtx680 (current high end pc card)
they will be able to run a game like bf3 on high in 1080p, vs. ps3/xbox360 running bf3 in the lowest possible settings at 704p and still having bad performance and jaggies and screen tearing
ps4/nextbox will be about on par with a 3 year old gaming pc, a HUGE upgrade from last gen ps3/360 which are about on par with a 7 year old gaming p...
pc version will have tons of free costume mods and runs at 60-200 frames per second
plus its real 1080p-1600p hd with no jaggies and dx11 for $10 less at launch,
think i'll go with that one when its $20 on steam in a month, suck it capcom
seriously, this guy is overreacting, ms paid bethesda for a limited time exclusive on dlc...be glad its coming at all!
and, as a pc gamer myself, with all the amazing mods the community has made, i'm in no hurry to PAY for dlc, i'll grab it off a steam sale this summer, with all dlc in one package for like $7.50

also, i think ALL GAMES should clearly say the NATIVE resolution of the game on the box
nearly all games on ps3 and 360 say "1080p" on the box when nearly all are 720 or in many cases much less....it misleads many, many people... i have a bunch of friends and people on here as well who think their games on xbox/ps3 are actually 1080p

they all look low res, and every game except the 2d games (like traine 2, beautiful game) i have seen have lots of jaggies and or screen tearing
1080p at 30 frames with 4x real AA (not garbage, post process fxaa) will be a generational leap over what last gen consoles offer.
you cannot unfortunately, as far as i know, but you can burn the disc and create an iso file, you need certain lg dvd drives!

theres some games that just draw you in, and have the content to keep you there, these games truely make 6 hour games with tacked on garbage mp for $60 seem like a crime!
im going to go with the pc version, i like dmc type games at 60 frames constant or better!
plus the native 1080p and 16x aa will help make it all the crisper!

dude...i own all those consoles, and the games i emulate...its not piracy to play them on another (much better) system.....
i wouldn't risk a virus dl'ing games....i make copies of MY OWN games, or with pcsx2 i just play right from the original ps2 disc
and pc by itself has 20x more exclusives than ps3/360 combined!
pc covers look so much nicer, followed by ps3, xbox boxes are so gaudy and ugly with that nasty slimer green all over them
also, the pc version is really the only one to buy for me....let's see if crytek pushes my 680 like they claimed they would.
well, its 2012, pc's have been doing 1080p since 2005 at least, just kinda figured.....ahhhhh...what am i saying......its nintendo
the wii u is ok, and im sure it'll have great games one day.....but im in no rush to get something that displays games worse than my pc did in 2005, i'll get one in a few years for $199 with a game and way bigger hd and better cooling ect...ect....
if it aint cutting edge than, imo, theres no rush to buy it, its a down...
once people saw the underwhelming visuals, they decided against it, i know i did, i expected native 1080p and zero jaggies for all games, what i saw was the same old, sub-hd and jaggies and bad framerates of the ps3 and 360....no thanks, had that for the last 8 years
i'll buy a wii u eventually, when there are a ton of games for it and its $199 or less, thats all its worth, its a last gen console like ps3 and 360
next gen needs to be AT LEAST on par w...

having been an owner of ps3, 360 and wii and being very happy with my purchases of all consoles
i will certainly own ps4, 720 and wii u all at some point, so far the wii u has nothing compelling enough for me to buy it, though that upcoming monster hunter is tempting, if sony waits till after 720 drops i think it will be a mistake

resident evil 5 on pc, dx10, beautiful, honestly, after playing through that twice with my wife, resident evil 6 on console was unbearably terrible looking
