At the rate Bethesda is publishing their main single player RPGs, Fallout 5 won't be out 'til 2033, and that's if we're lucky.
They really should have stuck to point and click adventures... they made quite a few decent ones over the years.
The size and scope of this game is actually scary. They're saying this game is 4 times bigger than Divinity Original Sin 2. I played that game once and it took 137 hours. Could Baldur's Gate 3 actually be 500 hours long for a thorough player? I get the feeling I won't even be halfway done with BG3 by the time Starfield comes out.
Imagine a Skyrim style game with AI controlled NPCs, with contextually relevant dialogue and generated voice acting. Such a system could allow the NPC to notice if it takes the player a long time to do a quest, it could react realistically to the world around them, such as if the player drops 100 sweet rolls at their feet, or a hostile shows up. It could even respond accordingly if the player starts teabagging a nearby corpse. With a strict set of controls in place for each NPC, there are pos...
Hates RNG. Plays Diablo?
They announced today that gems will be going into the materials tab. Might take some time for them to implement though.
Anything's better than Diablo III Mahgda... "MEET.... THE BUTCHER!!!!" ugh. Quite enjoyed Diablo IV's story by comparison.
Aww... I was actually looking forward to the bugs. There's a certain kind of belly laugh I only get from watching Bethesda games break in the most hilarious ways.
Yesssssssssssssssssssssssssss, hope this releases in 2023.
It's definitely a huge jump from PSVR1 but not quite as big a jump as I was expecting. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I am a bit disappointed at the screen door effect, the lack of peripheral vision, and that 2K per eye still isn't enough for as clear an image as I thought would have been possible this gen. Feels too early to be looking forward to PSVR3, but there's still so much clear room for improvement. All that said, the games are coming through. In Gran Turismo 7, ...
I think PSVR2 will be worth it..? Maybe? But holy crap, if it could work on PC too, that'd make it a must-buy imo. Too bad Sony is unlikely to ever make drivers, and I heard homebrew is going to be very difficult as well.
Hard to consider anything in the 4000 series "worth the asking price" unless you've got money to burn. The 3000 series was priced right at MSRP, but there wasn't enough supply back then to keep them on store shelves (in combination with world events and aftermarket greed). But now there's a plenty of supply and Nvidia decides it's time to charge what the scalpers were asking for the 3000 cards for the 4000s? Forget it. I'll be waiting to see what they do with the...
On No Mercy, Kratos can be killed by a tiny lizard thing in like 3 bites.
Honestly if they're gonna have $1000 in DLC I'd rather just have a subscription for like $9.99 a month or something. But that in itself is terrifying.
No it hasn't.
It's always the right time for a Bloodborne remaster.
Blasphemous Claw item acts like a parry. If you use it with the right timing, Maliketh becomes disoriented for long enough to burn down much (most or all) of his phase 2 life bar.
I've never wanted to both upvote and downvote a comment so much.
I don't know if they "have" to do it, but I'd definitely appreciate it if they did. It's hard enough to justify one VR headset, let alone needing two for console and PC. PSVR2 being PC compatible would greatly increase its value... and let's face it, it's going to cost a lot, and needs to provide as much value as it can.
If they can bounce between 2D and 3D Mario games, they can bounce between classic and modern Zelda games too. I thought this was a given when the Switch combined a handheld with a primary console.
