Too many in my opinion. There's never enough time to play them all.
This list was formed via a point system based on the individual Top Ten Lists of the Gamer Horizon editors. We actually asked ourselves if all three Mass Effect games really needed to be on the list, but based on our points system, they had to be.
Ted's our resident "fighting games" expert, so I'm not surprised by a few of his choices. Personally I'm glad that it's different than most other lists though. But if you really need to see a list that's closer to your expectations, I'm assuming you'd like Sean's list. It's got games like The Last of Us, Uncharted 2 and Tomb Raider.
Am I the only one that wasn't bothered by Mexico in RDR?
Thanks. :) Check out the rest of the team's lists throughout the week. Lots of diversity.
Yup. That's exactly how I felt, but I did it anyway. >_>
That's actually part of why we have 5 separate lists. It's interesting to see the differing opinions. Sometimes we end up with similar lists, but they're usually drastically different. But as the one person who listed Counter-strike, I agree... lol.
In my case, it is one of the First Person Shooters I enjoyed the most. ;)
(That's because it's an awesome game!)
He actually did wait quite a bit. And his save file was lost again and again, despite the patches, and the crashes continued. Frankly, this score isn't nearly as harsh as some of the reviews that criticized SimCity back in March, though I suppose that situation was even worse.
Love all of these games...

You should actually watch the video. There's more to it than the headline question.
Funny that you mention CD Projekt Red... I mentioned them in my contribution for next week's list. That will be on the site on 11/14. You're right though, they're an excellent developer, assuming you appreciate their post release content and patches instead of blaming them for releasing their games too early! Either way, their games are great.
Look closer.
Sss...
That matches my list 4/5!
Oh, there were bad ones. But given how infrequent a new RPG release was back then, we tended to just play the good ones over and over again instead of complaining about the bad ones. I must have played through Secret of Mana, Final Fantasy IV, Final Fantasy VI and Chrono Trigger 5-10 times each.
Perhaps! But they also kicked the corpse, doused it in gasoline, kicked it again, and dropped a lit match on it.
Want more plants. Want more zombies. Want more craaaaaaaaazy.
Actraiser is among my favorite SNES games, and that's saying a lot considering the other games on that list.
Can't I like unique games and GTA V at the same time? But yeah, Disgaea is awesome. You should give The Guided Fate Paradox a try though if you haven't already!
