Won't happen. I feel sorry for Treyarch right now. MW has got a massive buzz around it, new engine, animation system etc, had the time to address some major issues with previous COD games and take time to do it. Because Sledgehammer messed up their next COD game so badly, Treyarch have to pick up the peices and rush out another BO game knowing that everyone most likely going to compare it to MW with half the development time.
Osamaq I'm not sure what you're reading but it's not a simple cover fps? Was Deus Ex a cover shooter? Nope. Not even the new ones. Shall we call Myst a fps to cause of its perspective?
Another thing, the previews, they have had nothing short of amazing feedback. It could be hype, but right now things are looking amazing for this game.
The thing I worry about MS buying all these studios is what freedom they will have. They could have three studios or fithteen studios but if MS only wants to push multiple studios to work on their very tired Halo, Gears, Forza strategy, then what's the point. We can't forget that MS have failed to launch a huge, new IP for a long time now.
I hope MS does come back fighting next generation as I thought last generation was more interesting with the competition from So...
It amazes me how anyone could think that insane is straight forward. Very hard is as testing as I can do before raging lol
Donnie, there was a article just this week saying how Sony want to buy timed exclusives ready for the PS5 so I'm not really sure where you've got the impression that Sony is to poor. This isn't the same Sony it was 10 years ago which was in a ropey financial situation.
The 'free' games aren't a bonus. PS Plus was always about the free games, discounts, exclusive betas, themes, avatars etc as long as you were subbed. I was there day one with PS one games and minis. They incorporated the multiplayer needing PS Plus afterwards. So technically, no the games ain't a bonus. It was always part of the service from the start. Last generation Sony pulled out some absolute massive games for the service. This generation the game quality has slipped unfo...
I love this game but the aiming feels off to me. If some is close to you, the way the camera is and the direction you're looking at doesn't match up with the cross hair. It seems off but don't know how to describe it
Like GoT weren't convoluted and pretentious...
I love the default theme. The only thing I dislike about it is that the tiles for media, photos, video services etc don't change color to reflect the color of the background so I always have it set as blue lol
A Great game but a poor Resident Evil. I'm glad these days of RE seem to be behind us as much as I enjoyed 5.
It's amazing as a editor. It's a shame Ubisoft don't really know how to implement it into games properly. The arcade was far to basic for such a good editor
The Xbox One and the Xbox 360 probably would have sold similar numbers had the 360 sales not had been inflated with the RRoD issue. 3 people I know In one small work place had bought 11 xbox 360s between them...
Tbf the gaming coverage of the daily star is pretty good. The same can't be said for the rest of the paper but they seem to be in the know when it comes to gaming.
It can be done. You buy Cards from ebay from what store region you want to buy, redeem the code and buy what you want. Offers get posted on deal websites all the time using these kind of methods.
Not always true. I mean as gamers our voices have been well and truly heard on loot boxes and things seem to be slowly changing. Other times the moaning about Cyberpunks perspective, Spiderman puddles and Mass Effects ending are quite pathetic. It's someone's vision and work, not ours as gamers. We don't complain to musicians to change tracks on a album that have been released for being bad, we voice out opinion and hopefully they'll take it on board for the next release.
This why I want another The Getaway game. That game was ambitious for the PS2 but with PS5 and that photo geometry tech stuff that is getting used more and more in games, it could be incredible I think
I'd personally say Dying Light 2 is incredibly more ambitious that WDL from what they were saying at E3. I hope they manage to pull what their vision is, off.
And the perfect goodbye to MGS. I pretend that MGSV ain't a thing
Sadly I don't think this will ever happen. FF7 is the biggest title in the series and its taken this long just to get the first chapter which is probably going to span close to 10 years not including the development time before hand, to release fully. FF8 was always my fave and the only FF I ever finished.
With this generation being just a prettier, more polished version of last generation, I really hope something spectacular comes out of it. Let's push AI and Physics again like the PS2 era pushed so much. We have stunning games now. There's not much more in terms of detail in graphics that can be made at this point past lighting.
I'm ready for next generation, I'm just not expecting a PS2 to PS3 jump as graphically things have slowed down. The Last of Us at t...
