ungreatful cunt. then again id probably do the same with how dissapointed i am with the console. now if it was an n64... that would be gold dust to me.
Something tells me this is a publicity article. Criticize the most highly rated game ever to enrage the fans causing them to visit the site. In return the site earns money from it's advertising hits.

I'm not mad keen on Sirlin. Not sure why, but I don't exactly hate him, but I abssolutely agree with him 100%. The game is weird and seesm to have been made to alienate us old SF2 fans
I had 22 consecutive wins online and my win ratio is around 82% (out of 200 matches). People havent really figured out the game yet, and while what he did was good, he did use Sagat who is clearly the best character in the game, so it's not like he didn't have a handicap.
Also where did this guy come from? Am I right in thinking he's never done anything notable in competetive fighting games before? Like he isn't a tournament winner is he? Anyway, it's kind of depressing that t...
Mind you, I do agree that compressed formats need to die down a bit. It feels like we are going backwards instead of actually progressing and improving audio quality.
failed format in 3..2..1..
feck you Nintendo/Square, you should have given it to us the first time round, then maybe more people would have cared.
Seriously, who cares how thin a TV is? If you are the kind of person who want's to be cool and hang it up, current TVs can do that fine.
So yeah, if it's only this thin, I hate to think how delicate the connectors are.
Just give me a TV with colour reporduction as good as CRT. I don't care how deep it is as it's sat in a corner and the space is wasted anyway.
So how is this different from building in an MP4 plugin and asking everyone to use MP4? Theora is a horrible format, way worse than Xvid or DivX, and MP4/H264 is years ahead of all of them.
Cue Gamecube 1.5 jokes in 3..2..1..
I don't think wireless makes a whole lot of difference does it? I did a little test. Pinging bbc.co.uk directly from my main router (within it's firmware) gives me this:
10 packets transmitted, 10 received, 0% packet loss, time 9045ms
rount-trip min/avg/max/mdev = 15.000/15.500/20.000/1.500 ms
15.5ms average ping.
Now pinging from the router that my 360 is connected to, which is in turn connected to the other via wireless gives me this:

I did this with my Xbox some months ago. The most rewarding part is knowing that you did MS out of a sale of the grossly overpriced wireless adaptor. Here in the UK it costs around £60, where a normal PC version would cost about £15-20. The router you need is a WRT54GL. Make sure it's the GL and not the G. Linksys have reduced the memory in the G series, but then again the mini version might fit.
Anyhow, it was a double win for me, because I have a colour laser pri...
This is nothing new. Back in the day, they wanted to charge a monthly subscription fee just to use Windows, but obviously they couldn't find a way to implement it and make it work.
And nothing of value was lost.
Seriously, the only one that looked any good was Shadow/Sonic.
Anyway, you can see why Nintendo got pissy about it, because it's along the lines of modding and encouraging people to mod.
Yeah, it annoyed me that the anime was on game disc, instead of a seperate disc or normal DVD
Funny, this Sony vs MS thing reminds me of the age old Nintendo vs Sega stuff. I've been trying to figure out who was who in this console war, but the only conclusion I can make is that Nintendo is not a part of it. They are like, "lol, you guys can fight over that toy, I'm going to find a better one anyway" I guess I would say Sony is the new Sega. I know I'll get a lot of hate for this but, expensive hardware, company taking potshots at the competition and extremely rabid fanb...
If I was his father, I'd kill that fcuker ASAP. Son or not, if he killed his mother and tried to kill his father over a damn game, well he is one bad egg and doesn't deserve to live.
Seeing as HD-DVD died and MS had a lot of Xbox360 HD-DVD drives, I wouldn't be entirely surprised if they put them to use and used up all the surplus HD-DVD drives for the next Xbox.
As for manufacture, HD-DVD manufacture isn't that much different from DVD. All they need is some modifcations, whereas Bluray requires almost complete retooling. Add to that they would not have to pay royalties, and it looks like a viable option. HD-DVD can go up to 51GB on triple layer discs, whi...
I've got another way - stick with CRT. LCD is just a stopgap until SED or FED anyway.
Too bad they didn't release this patch a few months ago when everyone was playing it. Now everyone is on SF4, the SF2 community is practically dead
