Not as hard as Enslaved though. Heavenly Sword was great, Enslaved was still good, but I think improving on Heavenly Sword with a second part could have made the studio much more successfull than they are now. I can totally understand why they did what they did, but it doesn't seem to have been the right decision for them. With every game they release I care a little less about their titles as they seem to gradually get worse. DMC wasn'T terrible, but it also wasn't very good.

@iistuii Those were the days... I, too, remember playing Monkey Island and co and being stuck... trying everything for hours and then finally getting/giving advice from/to friends in school next day.

Because using a guide to find all collectibles is no achievement. It's cheating. It's like winning a medal in the olympics for letting someone else run the distance. I'd rather have no trophy than a fake one. But I realize that most people don't see it that way.

I played through it on PS3 about 5 times but couldn't find all conversations. No Platinum for me unfortunately. I hope the PS4-version has at least a listing like the PS3-version had for other collectibles.

That's how it always has been. It is really annoying. I think with inFamous you could also buy the digital version in US and automatically received the special edition... in EU that cost 10€ extra.. makes perfect sense, since all of us Europeans have not enough space to store all the bundles of money anyway.

60? I play every day and I have one, in numbers: 1 and I received that one accidentally. I don't want to read guides to find them but with the amount I am playing I don't understand how I can't seem to find them. Those boxes are a weird feature for sure. Otherwise I have also spend more time in Killzone than in any other game.

Have you ever watched a movie in 3D? 24fps and it's fine. Games in 2D are fine in 30fps. Each eye sees 30 frames per second. Now each eye still sees 30 frames per second but each eye sees a different frame. I am pretty sure it will be fine. Higher would undoubtedly be better but I don't think that it will be much of a problem. I also think they will get to a point where they reach 60fps with somewhat reduced effects and resolution if they deem it neccessary and I am more than willing ...

Occulus Rift uses 1080p shared by both eyes. Each eye only gets 960x1080p. PS4 will be able to do the same. As long as it maintains a real stable 30fps I don't see this as a problem. 60fps would obviously really be great for 3d (usually don't care that much about frame-rat) but S.T.A.B.L.E. 30 will be fine. I am willing to take a small visual hit for fluid VR!

@Fixay Yes it needs to render 2 different images as the angle both eyes look at thing is slightly different....

And reality... some stuff is actually borrowed from reality... how dare they.

Cinematic Experience does not mean it has to be like Beyond. Uncharted is pretty cinematic and is great fun. I for one think that open world games are way overrated. Lots of stuff to do that other games do better when focused on certain aspects. I prefer a great linear game over an open world game any day.

If only they hadn't completely messed up the 3D-framerate I could live with its mediocrity.

She won't 'find out' about the lie. She knows already. For me this is as obvious as can be in the end and one of the reasons why the ending is so great.

Yeah, try playing it in 3D. If you get 20 frames per second you are lucky. It's borderline unplayable and I only bought it because it was 3D.

Yes, it is the date the firmware update is announced to arrive.

I already played Trine and it was/is great. A horror-game in 3d would be a first though. Also some reviewers give Daylight an 8, so there is still a chance I might really like it. There are tons of 9-games out there I really dislike and tons of 7s I really do like. For 15 bucks that should be ok.

It's one of the first games to support 3D, that makes it an insta-buy.

Buddy Drones worked very well for me. I am missing Supply Boxes, Cloaked Kills (haven't gone for both yet) and Air Support Kills. Those drive me crazy. There are so many supports with anti-bot-missiles that I can't get a single kill in some rounds. In other rounds with less supports I get a gazillion assists from my drone but kills... not so much... turrets where so much easier.

Killzone has a variable framerate too. I never noticed it there but in infamous it was really bad for me. Having the option to either cap or run unlimited is nice. inFamous looks much better for me now.
