This story was updated on twitter, guy has it running correctly. Physics are tied to FPS in original making the game play double speed (player movement was fast forward) but guy found work around (now it's reported to be 60 fps with regular player movement).
If they need to delay this and Ghosts into early fall I will wait to play both on PS5. Even if they don't quite stack up graphically to the new PS5 stuff use the extra time to add those PS5 bells and whistles for boost mode. I'd like partial Ray-tracing, with a side of ultra textures, 60 FPS, and some of that SSD secret sauce.
It should come preloaded on every ps4 and be integrated as part of the os in a new create section. Money lost on sales would be offset by positive pr for the PS platform, it should be promoted as a community create share feature like home (but more fun and game based). Maybe have a few official Sony first party devs make small bite sized content here and there, Art jams, game jams for upcoming games, etc.
This will be paired w an enhanced share feature. So you can select/save/bookmark small bite sized sections of your play through, but instead of saving and sharing video you can share playable parts of your games w friends.
Bluepoint pouring their heart and SOUL into it
Um....Yes we do!
Yeah was hoping it would be interpreted as sarcasm, guess I should've added the required /s. Although I would argue the 'remote play' and 'already' parts should've made it obvious.
Too bad their main competitor doesnt offer some type of similar remote play already.
Blair bitch is definitely the stand out on your list, lol
Next gen is going to be nuts! Also video much better with a second video of strong howling wind playing at same time.
If Microsoft wants to follow a loss leader strategy and subsidize the hell out of gamepass with cheap trials and what would otherwise be $60 first party games then sure why not; it's a great deal for the time being.
In a way it's not that dissimilar from the days when new systems were sold at a loss. Same basic strategy. Shit Sony was selling PS3s several hundred bucks less than it cost to make for a long time. HARD TO ARGUE THESE TYPES OF DEALS! But THIS IS FOR T...
Gears looks great and all, but if the next 'high profile' game is Halo 5, which releases at the end of next year, then their 'new chapter' kinda reads like the old one.
A few hits certainly can't hurt given their abysmal output over the last 2 years, but they need a sustained steady flow of high quality releases. Otherwise it's the same old same old.
SOTN for sure. Both are really great games but SOTN just has an incredible OST that sets it a level above! The music immerses you in it's world and sets the emotional tone of the entire experience. I found Bloodstained's sound track, and therefore world, mostly forgettable by comparison. Will say the opening title screen music in Bloodstained is awesome though.
Can we get some 100 million x-box hardware charts now? For perspective of course....
Microsoft execs just seem to talk and promise and posture and talk and talk and talk. So much talk and so little substance. All we seem to get fromt them is an endless stream of marketing pr bushit. Heres an idea, how about just shut the hell up and 'show' us why we should give a shit.
Great deal! Thanks!
The correct answer is SOMA, it's brilliant!
the article should read user reviews and Word of Mouth are more important than reviews
Awesome!
RE7 in VR is as much like being in a lucid nightmare as it is playing a game. Nothing like it! Easily earns a spot in the top 5.
That said I'd still have to give the crown to Bloodborne! Nothing comes close to the level design, atmosphere, and overall immersion of that game.
Honorable mentions to Breath of the Wild for its amazing open world physics sandbox gameplay and sense of exploration, and Horizon for its gorgeous world, satisfying bow and arrow...
