Now, even people who are thinking about buying a PS3 are getting nervous.

With so many SKUs rolling out one after another, people are not going to buy right away because they want to wait and see what'll be next.

If Microsoft can't internally handle creative people and an innovative culture, they might as well just "outsource" creativity and innovation to outside companies - instead of just swallowing up and directly controlling other smaller companies that are actually creative and innovative, because that's just gonna end up killing the small companies' creativity and innovations.

The new "partnership" means new satellite studios, new franchises, new IPs, or that sort of deal.

Microsoft "breaks up" Bungie into two or more studios or divisions.

One studio/division will handle just the Halo franchise.

The other "new" Bungie studios/divisions will create new IPs, new games, new franchises. They will be called "Bungie West", "Bungie East", "Bungie North", "Bungie ...

I think Jim Goldman's credentials and credibility, (being an award-winning and "nation's top" journalist who reports for ABC News, CNN, Good Morning America, World News Weekend, World News Now, and World News This Morning,) do count for something.

Certainly count more than some blog kid who can't even spell and write in proper English.

e.g., new satellite studios, new franchises, new IPs, that sort of deal.

Microsoft split Bungie into two or multiple studios or divisions to handle old and new IPs.

Maybe the original Bungie will handle Halo.

Then some "new" Bungie studios (e.g., "Bungie West", "Bungie East", "Bungie North", "Bungie South") will create new IPs.

It's that kind of arrangement. Well... I suppose you can...

It's Target selling the Venturer player at a price higher than the manufacturer's recommended price.

Target is pro-Blu-ray, if you have not figured it out. But they are still selling HD DVD, but their policy favors Blu-ray. So it's conceivable that Target would sell the HD DVD player at a price higher than the MRP so it won't hurt Blu-ray.

Yeah, it is for this year, not fiscal year.

That means there will be a lot of sales for the shopping season and Christmas.

It's FISCAL year, not year.

The fiscal year in the US is 1 October - 30 September.
