Like it or not, bugs and glitches should be factored into a review.
A review serves as a guide to advice consumers if the game is worth your time and money. If a game is buggy and broken, that's mean it's a product with POOR QUALITY. A poor quality gets bad review, and people should not buy it -- because a low-quality product that is buggy and broken gives buyers a lot of frustration.
So the review serves its purpose.
then they must deal with real-world social and political situations. That's what contemporary art does.
This is so vicious that it's delicious.
All the Microsoft spies are penetrating big publishers like EA and Activision.
It's just an article. Don't get too personal.
Someone is gonna submit it sooner or later, might as well be me who do it. ;)
GamePro: Mass Effect = GOTM

Plus a few other places... can't recall them right now.
Forums? LOL.
I've heard rumors that GamePro also gives it a 10/10 and GOTM (beating Uncharted.) Still waiting for confirmation for that one as well.
The PS3 was launched in the US on Monday - this Monday.
The Midway announcement was made on Wednesday. The script and numbers for the announcement had to take time to prepared. Let's give 'em a day.
Seriously doubt they could get the sale figures in just one or two days. Even VGChartz (who usually gets their numbers before NPD or everyone else does) has to wait till weekend to get their figures.
(a) the PS3 version has just been released in the US for less than a week, (it was released in the US on October 29, 2007,) and,
(b) the PS3 version has not been released in Europe and most most parts of the world?
The "over a million units" refers the Xbox 360 and PC versions, and the title is incorrect.
And this should be in the Xbox 360 and PC channels as well.
So, all the past screenshots -- thousands of them -- and videos are fake?
BioWare will come out and debunk these images -- they have been altered and downgraded.
He's hoping for a price war.
A price war is good for consumers.
Mass Effect is supposed to have a new extended trailer with brand new gameplay footages, and GameSpot will have it exclusively.
BioWare fans must have been reloading GameSpot over and over again since this morning.
Wii
I still think the one with the 7 free HD DVDs is a better deal. o_O
It's interesting that it's IGN PS3 that's making the speculation... given that BioWare has never made a PlayStation game before in more than a decade since the company was founded.
Slashing $200 off an console in less than one year.
Giving away a console at $400 (with free Blu-ray movies) that costs them $800 to make.
Begging and pleading game developers not to abandon their platform.
Like Sony giving away PS3 at $400?
Like Sony slashing $200 off PS3 in less than one year?
Because at that price, Sony is subsidizing way more than $170 per PS3.
It's a JOB page, which says nothing about making BioShock for PS3.
Seems to me that they are hiring for a new game.
Did you completely miss the interview a few months ago when 2K company president said BioShock is not coming to PS3 because Microsoft has signed an exclusive contract for it?
You made up the title yourself, based on flimsy speculation. The job posting does not even have a title.
Just because someone claims so does not mean it's true.
