You fanboys can fight all you want, but I'll be picking up KZ3 and Crysis 2 (PC version ofcourse).
EA has been stepping there game up for the last few years. I'm looking forward to SWTOR the most and hoping Bioware doesn't screw up Dragon Age 2 because from what I've heard they're making the same mistakes they made with ME2.
"Boom. It has the same gameplay that everyone hates, and essentially the main reason that people don't play MMOs, or quit MMOs."
Lol @ people don't play MMOs.
First truly decent article in a long time.
Imagine the PS3 is Obama and you'll see what he is talking about.
Mass Effect 2 is too early to say? This may just be my opinion but the Mass Effect series definitely seems to have a bigger place in gaming than LBP and Bioshock. GoW3 and MGS4 seem like they will be better remembered than both those games. Not saying they aren't great though.
I love most of these games, especially The Legend of Dragoon and MGS1, but I would not want remakes of them. Remakes never attain the same amount of nostalgia as originals. They may not look as good but the way they do look and the music and gameplay just bring back so many great memories and feelings of the past. Playing these games to me is like a Shakespeare fan going back in time to the renaissance.
If thats the case then the PC has been "winning" this so called war fanboys have made up for generations.
SWTOR should switch places with FFXIV. I'm really interested in Blade & Soul. I'll definitely be giving it a try along with SWTOR and GW2. I just wish subscription fees were a little cheaper and I had the time to play all the games I want.
My favorite games made in the EU usually come from German or Eastern European devs. Not trying to discredit the Brits though, just stating my tastes in games.
By shovelware I was refering to Wii Sports Resort, Wii Fit Plus, and Just Dance.
Maybe you bought a faulty laptop or like ruiner4482 said it's human error because I doubt a new laptop would just crash every day regardless of what OS it has.
That shovelware just proves that sales =/= quality.
Visuals, number of players, and physics yes. Particles, who really cares? Some people prefer realism and great multi-player while others like myself would rather have a good story, good gameplay, and a great single-player experience. To each, his own.
Heavy Rain definitely takes the cake when it comes to believable characters this gen.
Let's see the PSP has GOW: Chain's of Olympus, MGS: Peace Walker, Dissidia Final Fantasy,FF: Crisis Core, Phantasy Star Portable, the Socom Fireteam Bravo games, a shitload of amazing exclusive JRPGs, and a ton of other great games many of which are exclusive so I'd say no the PSP is not dead. If anything it's more alive than ever, just overlooked.
I never understood why some actually liked the laggy controls seeing as how KZ1 didn't have controls like that. People talk about realism but I'm hoping KZ3 has KZ1 gameplay and story with KZ2 graphics.
The more popular someone/something becomes the more haters it gets. She's obviously making the right moves for her career so people shouldn't slander her name because she isn't the tech savvy geek so many people expect her to be. People always say Morgan Webb's a real gamer but back when X-play first aired she knew only enough to be considered a casual when it came to gaming. It wasn't until a couple years ago that she actually seemed to be a genuine gamer.
In video games yeah but not so much in movies anymore. Will Smith started a revolution.
I won't be buying it. I also won't be buying Move. I do have a Wii but it doesn't get used much. We'll see where motion controls are in 3 years then I'll decide whether to take them seriously or not.
