Although possible, SC2 would be greatly nerfed control wise if it was ever released on consoles with motion control support. It would be cool if the PS3 had more RTS games with m/kb support, but the genre doesn't need Move to be sucessful on the platform.
OT: Since we're imagining SC2 going to the PS3, can the PC gamers get KZ3? Imagine the graphical capabilities of a Killzone game on the PC.
I see what you're saying but I still think he was a little off point. COD is huge, but the Star Wars franchise has been known to actually influence people's lives. I doubt masses of Call of Duty fans are gonna go out and enlist in militaries to fight wars.
Retro games are definitely harder than current gen games even though they have simpler gameplay mechanics. I thought Red Ninja on the PS2 was pretty freaking hard. Weak gameplay mechanics and bad level design combined with godlike bosses (that giant snake one at least) made it extremely frustrating. I loved the theme of the game and I'm a big stealth nut but I ended up trading it in and sticking to Tenchu.
Being mainstream doesn't make them any less of a game. Now if she was talking about WiiFit or the like, that would be another story.
Love the Halo series. I'll be getting this just for the SP campaign though. I refuse to pay for a gold membership ever again.
Been a fan of hers for the longest. Her tough tomboyish style makes her even more sexy.
I have to strongly disagree with everyone saying the Elena and Chloe. Not only did they have weird looking faces but they were shiny and plasticky. The 4 girls from MGS4 were way better looking. Sheva would have to be my hottest though, probably because their was this gorgeous girl I saw once that looks just like her. Knowing there's a real life Sheva lookalike out there gives her the title imo.
I meant the masses of fanboys here on N4G.
I fail to see how a Super Saiyan Ninja Robocop with a cybernetic lower jaw can be bad even if he's unplayable and unrealistics.
Nintendo didn't win against the illegal copiers, they beat the guys who supply the means for the pirates to do what they do. This just cut down the sales of R4 cards, but probably wont have any affect on those that pirate and play DS games on their PCs.
It says no sci-fi but has FFVII listed. There are so many fantasy-rpgs out there that have so many unique features and amazing stories that it's hard to pick favorites.
"with motion support..."
There's your answer right there. Apparently the masses think hardcore games with motion control support can only be done on the PS3.
Never had a problem with Raiden.
You do know Blu-ray disks are scratch resistant right. You'd have to purposely be trying to scratch up the disk to do some damage. Not only that but I doubt flash drives and SSDs will be cheaper. A pack of 10-15 25GB BD-R disks cost about $25~$30 depending on where you look. Although disks aren't as convient, I doubt you'd be able to find the same amount of storage space in a flash drive or SSD for such a low price.
I hate censorship with a passion so I'm all for more widespread sexual themes in gaming whether they are in good taste or not. The people who control censorship in America are way to controlling and conservative. I can't imagine what the people in China feel like with their government.
If you pit two average gamers against each other, one with a g-pad the other with a m/kb, the one using the m/kb will almost always win. Microsoft killed cross-platform gaming off because they wanted more people to focus on the xbox360 and not gaming on the pc. This type of business is why there aren't many MMOs on consoles. I'm pretty sure the Xbox360 could be updated to support plug-n-play m/kb but M$ wont do this because they wouldn't make much money from it, but then again the...
Definitely a lack of Dino games. I thought the new Turok was fun even though it wasn't as good as its predecessors.
Not meaning to be a troll but this is progression, not innovation.
Many things about listed games pissed me off, but there are worse games out there and better reasons than the author's opinion for why these games can be considered bad.
Yes thank you Sucker Punch for actually listening to your fans. Please don't ever forget how the do this and start catering to the masses like Bioware. There still the great in my books but they've been making some bad decisions lately.
