Not in my house. Motion controls take a back seat to traditional gaming in my pad.
Fail.
Not much of a pirate when it comes to games so I wouldn't know too much about hacked servers for MMOs, but I think you may have sparked some interest in me. Not gonna start pirating games but its something I wanna learn more about.
I love From Software. The make some of the best mech games around. Even with the changes to the franchise I'm still an Armored Core fan.
"Code Veronica was not the death knell of traditional Resident Evil. No, that moniker belongs to Resident Evil 0 which pretty much confirmed that change had to happen. "
Although some of the themes in RE:0 were kinda dumb I still think it was a great game.
Console sales don't mean squat this gen seeing as how none of the companies are hurting so bad that they won't be releasing another console next gen. The only people who care about console sales are fanboys. Software sales are another story, but then again we all know quality =/= quantity.
How can you pirate a subscription based MMO?
Corky Romano? Nope, wrong guy.
Thanks for confirming that for me.
Bioware didn't make Star Wars Galaxies and you talk as if FFXI was one of the best MMOs out there.
It depends on the game. Most downloaded games or indie games i should say aren't worth more the $10. Hell some of them aren't worth money at all, but then you have those great ones like Braid and Zeno Clash that are worth every penny.
They're the game publisher so it's their duty to properly police the multiplayer. Nothing is more annoying than playing online against people who don't follow the rules and do dumb stuff.
I can buy a dog at a pet shop but that doesn't give me the right to shoot it in the back if I wanted to does it?
The ban is most likely for multiplayer only though.
Talk about being close minded. The world is larger than just english speaking countries. Even in the states you have millions of people who speak languages other than english. Earth is a melting pot of different cultures so naturally we should be able to accept other peoples languages even on the net.
Damn. They already started down that path but this almost confirms that future Bioware games will be even more streamlined and casualfied. Still one of my favorite devs though.
Hold up. I'm pretty sure it was already announced before released that Wings of Liberty is just the Terran campaign, and the reason it's full price is because it's long enough to be a standalone game. Now I haven't picked up my copy yet but isn't it true that this single campaign is about as long as all three campaigns from SC1 combined? I'll be picking the game up regardless just as soon as the price drops back down to normal. I already missed out on the collector'...
Left 4 Dead 2 has 3D support so I can't see why any future games that use the source engine won't be able to pull it off.
"Gamertell wonders: with expectations of StarCraft II to do really well, will it revitalize PC gaming?"
How can you revitalize something that wasn't dying?
Close Combat: First to Fight on the Xbox. Game would be considered shitty by most people, but it's probably closer to actual urban infantry combat than the games listed.
RE5 was a great game. It just didn't have real zombies and wasn't a survival horror which it was supposed to be.
