Unfortunately I don't think Microsoft will do that. I doubt we will seen any non-shooter exclusive on their system. They don't sell and Microsoft knows that.
Great then my PS4 will be accompanied by a PC. The debate is finished, all Xbox games will be available on PC soon. No need to get an XBOX ONE it seems.
I think so too. Uncharted is better than Halo. Halo was overrated, I still remember the recycled rooms you went through on Halo 1 and latter games only to make levels longer. Felt very uninspired at times.
It's still not the same as them doing the remaster. We now know that Uncharted 4 was not delayed because of this collection. That is what this news clears up, it was Bluepoint Games all along.
Well the Uncharted Collection might change some new gamer's minds as to which system to buy for the holidays. That is part of Sony's master strategy. Let's see if it works, time will tell.
The article is for clicks and makes an obvious observation. Of course Sony does it to compete with Microsoft. They are in a very comfortable situation. They are going to weigh Uncharted versus Halo, knowing very well that many PS4 users never played Uncharted. Truth is the quality of the 3 Uncharted games is so high that they could have been critically-acclaimed games this generation.
Glad to see it's Bluepoint Games though, so that Naughty Dog can continue to focus on Uncharted ...
is it voiced in english or just text? will probably get it though.
I totally agree with you. It's a dumb question obviously for clickbait. All three collections or remasters released by Sony or soon to be released are worth it because they were some of the best and arguably the very best of last generation, definitely in some departments. They are obviously worth playing/buying if not experienced yet. As for re-buying them that is up to each individual person.
I think this that you say is the main reason for its release. I remember Naughty Dog saying The Last of Us wouldn't be ported to the PS4. They later admitted they did it because of the huge demand from gamers who never had a PS3. Same story here. I wish God of War would get a similar treatment before God of War 4. In fact, now that I think about it, it may happen to help build hype for the new entry. This collection is a way to promote Uncharted 4.
Steins Gate in Europe? What about in NA. I want that game now!!!!!!
That excites me though, they must have a packed E3. The recently have announced Until Dawn's exact date, Ratchet and Clank Remake pushed to 2016, and this remaster. I think it will be placed around the holidays just like the MCC. They might be trying to get things out so that their conference deals with what we want to know. I so hope the conference limits Morpheus and multiplatform games. I hate that Sony copied Microsoft's tactics of promoting multiplatform games.
And you are and others like you their main target for sales as opposed to the MCC. It would be interesting to see the percentage of people that bought the MCC and had not actually played Halo before.
Well compared to the sheer amount of collections they released on PS3 and PS VITA I think they are keeping their word. This will be the third case for the PS4 after God of War 3 (that one gets me upset by the way). HD Collections are easy to make and they could definitely have made tons of them by now. Instead they only released The Last of Us because of high demand, and mind you the Uncharted Collection was also in high demand. I am not sure if we can say the same about the Halo or Gears of ...
Since the PS VITA was just labeled as a legacy system in the West, I hope they add Uncharted Golden Abyss to this collection. That would boost sales tremendously for the collection as there are many people that might have missed that game and were/are not willing to buy a PS VITA just for that game. The temptation of having all 4 games on 1 blueray would be too much to ignore. I for one would buy it if it has all 4 immediately, if not I will wait for a price drop.
@Rav3nNZ
Microsoft only have themselves to blame for their bad start and you should be happy too as some of their policies might not have reversed at all if they were actually what gamers wanted.
The PS4 is a joy to play on all respects and it does have slightly better visuals than the XBOX ONE. That will increase from slight to considerable with the advent of The Order 1886 and Uncharted 4.
The PS4 upcoming releases are a lot more exciting ...
Microsoft giving gamers what they want?
Sports, TV, Sports, TV
I think you mean that Microsoft had no idea what gamers wanted. Their 360 turn barely matched what Sony was alredy doing. I have seen enough of both systems and I'm sorry. In regards to gamers the Xbox one does either less or the same as the PS4.
And what more does it exactly do? The PS4 camera is pretty much as good as the Kinect from what I've seen. Other than that, games should be at the center and the PS4 has the most exciting lineup of the two hands down.
Ok. Let's go ver this.
Screamride is an Indie (X360 and Xbox One)
Ori and the blind forest (X360, PC and Xbox One)
Rise of the Tomb Raider (Timed exclusive)
Fable Legends (PC and Xbox One)
The only true exclusives are Forza 6 and Halo 5.
The PS4 on the other hand has the following AAA permanent exclusives:
The Order 1886
Bloodborne
MLB 15
Until Dawn
Tearaway Unfolded...
Let's all settle down, this is the beginning of a new age like the PS2.
2015 PS4 lineup:
At Dawn
Order 1886
Bloodbourne
Ratchet & Clank Remake
Uncharted 4
Tearaway Unfolded
Gran Turismo 7
Street Fighter V
Tekken 7
Dragon Quest
Persona 5
it's over 9,000!!!!!!....
@ gangsta_red. Yes I don't mind supporting Microsoft. I have nothing against them with the exception of their Xbox hardware. If Microsoft went multiplatform I would probably buy some of their games. So far the only one I would get is Sunset Overdrive which wasn't even done by their first party.
My point? Microsoft's first party creations have been very disappointing for me and have been very multiplayer focused. They haven't delivered any game that is as ep...
