Call of Cthulhu was excellent, one of the most original horror games ever made. I'd love to see a sequel, sadly that will probably never happen. Which is a shame :(

Sony is already very well known, this is not good publicity for them. Sony isn't a contestant on a reality tv show.

I remember it being the Crysis of its day, and made a lot of people upgrade their pcs to be able to play it. Still looks pretty good now with all the mods though.

That's the thing Alpha, you won't find a cheaper game that is just as good, it is unique. It's not getting all these high scores for nothing.
Buy it or don't buy it, if you don't buy it because you think it may not have much replay value then you're the one that is missing out. If you love great games you'll love this, it's as simple as that.

The SP plus the Co-op will give you at least 12-18 hrs gameplay, and there will be added community-made maps available within a short time.
How anyone could worry about a game with 12-18 hours worth of game time is beyond me. Most games feature less than that without any chance of added content.
It is well worth the money. The SP alone is worth the entry fee.
