It does seem that way. Pretty much everything ScytheX3 said was just a load of crap.
They play those frames out over a much longer time span than a second TheBlind. That's why it's in slow mo. If they played it at normal speed it would just look normal, the extra frames help them show smoothly what a bullet does in that short timeframe.
So in that case, as in games, more frames per second is better.
It's not going to effect me much, I mostly only play the SP portions of games I buy anyway, and I know I'm not the only one. So I doubt very much that it's the end of pre-owned game.
Yeah they've had one up around by where I live for a couple of weeks now.
You're right, I've never played a game that has ai as good. Which is what makes the game so tough sometimes.

It'll probably be even longer if you take your time with games like I do. Especially if you go through it a few times using different methods.
The visuals are obviously dated, but the game is still well worth playing today. In terms of gameplay it is still unrivalled even now in a lot of respects, especially the amount of freedom you have to tackle the missions and objectives. It's the best game on pc in many peoples eyes, including mine.

The game just wasn't made very well. It's that simple.
Just waiting for UC3 and R3, and the the SotC and Ico collection. Everything else I'll be getting elsewhere.
Look through the list and think of all the games you actually want to play. It's far smaller.

Bought it, played with it for a couple of days, and never used it since.
Jet Set Radio was the reason I bought an Xbox, the visuals were great. Well it was a great game in its own right, even without the visuals, but it looked lovely.
Yeah I've installed all the patchs, official and unofficial. Either it's just my setup I've had each time or the game, or something else, who knows. It's weird because I've had a few different graphics cards, both nvidia and ati but it's always dropped at that point.
It's a shame as I do really like the game, but it does put me off.
Even after all these years the framerate still drops like mad when I go into the Santa Monica beach area. Every time I've upgraded to a different graphics I check it and the framerate still drops drastically at that point.
I played through most of the game with all the framerate issues I had back then, but it puts me off now. Maybe by 2020 I'll be able to play it with a smooth framerate from start to finish.
They've had games on pc, and have upcoming games coming to pc.
