So you had a gb which was mono, then when the tech was viable for Nintendo you bought the color version, then the GBA advance which was much more capable than the Gameboy, and you bought the GBA SP.
Each one was completely different to each other and more advanced and yet you claim you were buying the same thing over and over? And this is your argument for Nintendo releasing the same thing over and over again for no reason?
EDIT: How many revisions did the p...
Lol, some of you are so deluded it's hilarious :P
'Sony can still unlock extra parts of the ps3, there's so much untapped power man! And once they unlock all the spus they can unlock the graphics cards unused pipelines and really let rip!! And after that they can unlock the power supplies extra power and give the ps3 some more amps!!!
And then Sony can unlock the blu-rays true power if it needs to, the ps3 is a supercomputer man!!'
Glad I live in the UK :)
It still has 21% untapped power to be used!!
EDIT:@ZETTA
Sorry mate, I left out the /s as I thought the sarcasm was quite easy to spot.
'because they can't wait for the next gen of consoles '
They're not the only ones.
Crysis 2 on pc looked better than anything released on consoles this year, and pc so far. And that's a fact. This topic is about the evolution of graphics and Crysis 2 is part of that evolution.
Yeah Riddick was great, the first one anyway. Also, Goldeneye.
'Umm I remember ppl saying blu ray wouldnt take off but ummm..i think those ppl foot are down their throats now '
And yet here you are saying the 3ds won't take off. Will you stick your foot down your own throat if it goes on to be very successful? I mean, you do know the ds got off to a slow start as well don't you?
And you're judging that on what exactly?
I remember getting on a train and travelling 45 miles to London when I was 14 so I could get an import copy of SF2 for the snes with an import adapter so I could play the game before it came out because I wanted it that much. I paid £75 for it, and it was worth every penny.
Some Capcom games are more than worth the price.
I care about games as well. And I have a lot of games, and most of them have plenty of AA.
AA is not an enemy, it is something to help games be more realistic and/or easy on the eye, it is something you should want more devs to use effectively instead of something to take a snipe at pc gamers with.
Thank you and God bless.
Yes, those jaggies are far better. You should be a dev, you know your stuff.
Every game looks better with jaggies, just ask Grip because he knows what he's talking about.
If a game hasn't got jaggies that could cut out your eyes, it's not worth playing.
I bought R2 the other day and completed it, thought it was excellent. After that it gave me an incentive to play the first game, which I have had since I got my ps3 over 2 years ago.
I don't know why but I never really thought much of R1 when I first played it, it used to give me headaches for some reason. Having finished it today I thought it was really good, I'm glad I gave it another chance.
Anyway, really looking forward to R3 now, it's shapi...
I really enjoyed it as well, it's unlike anything you will find anywhere else. And I agree, it should have sold a lot more than it did.
So you're going to miss out on a great game just to wait for a game that may not ever turn up?
This is probably my most wanted game of next year. I love Stalker, one of the best series ever made.
What would it matter what pc it was running on? Medium settings is medium settings.
I love the top 3, they're excellent :D
So the guy is saying that Steam is great for indie devs and that they help them a lot, and your advice is to not go with Steam and switch to making games for phones instead?
For Nintendo.
