As someone who hasn't bought the game (yet), I hope it does sell well, People Can Fly is a quality development house and they deserve it. Painkiller was awesome, and Bulletstorm looks like a good mix of Painkiller and Gears.
Console fanboy politics shouldn't come into quality developers making money on their hard work. Hopefully it ends up selling well across all platforms.
Different games IMO, Duke was about the atmosphere, strolling through a world, occasionally plugging a pig cop and making a funny quip.

The douchebags that download this version will be the douchebags that download the final warez version. This isn't affecting legitimate users who would want to buy the game and play it online IMO. Whether that amounts to 50,000 or 5,000,000, those people still intend to buy Crysis 2 and support Crytek/PC gaming.
Those people who would prefer to see PC gaming run into the ground and die, well, they're doing exactly what they should be doing.
Picked up Infamous and Killzone 2 for $11 apiece last week on Newegg (for a friend, I bought them at launch, godamnit, lol). Crazy prices all over lately.

Of all the PS3 exclusives to hit this year, I think this is the one I'm most excited about.

Anyone who really thinks that the PS3 isn't capable of pulling off the same level of graphical detail and performance as an Xbox 360 is an idiot. It doesn't take much more than looking at games like the Motorstorm and Uncharted series to know that's not true.
If Crytek/EA isn't willing to put the time and effort into making a quality version of the game for the PS3, I'm not willing to put any money into paying for it, on that or any platform.
