Tbh I agree here. A Nintendo like platformer but not on a Nintendo console would be great
I'd love to see a link to the past done in a modern style. That was for me the best Zelda game. I always have fond memories of it.
Or a HD remake that isn't a laggy mess.
I'm very close to completing the story. But it's very long winded in the final acts
Go to A - defend group, go to B and repeat.
I feel I picked the wrong class. But want to unlock the adventure mode so I can reroll.
I am finding d4 slow and somewhat boring compared to d3. The class tree for sorc is pretty rubbish outside of arc. Looking at meta rankings other classes have multiple choices to play.
Imagine a game where it goes from the events of the out break and it's Joel's adventure as a raider and breaking free from that life with his brother, and up till the point he meets Ellie.
There's a lot of grime opportunities
The sequel was long winded, I grew bored towards the 70% mark. It has the wow factor for detail, but the story is not what you want coming from part 1. Now I don't really care for a part 3, unless it's a prequel.
How well has the series X sold? Now do you imagine people will rush out to buy an X pro? It wouldn't be worth the investment.
The original was bland, has some very cringe dialogue with uninteresting characters. I only managed about 15 hours before I gave up and couldn't take no more.
I don't mind it in this game. As the leveling experience can be rather quick at lower levels. I'm level 27 and I have yet completed the first act, as I went of completing dungeons and side quests. Now imagine without the world scaling around me, I'd be doing content that isn't as related to my level.
For other games, I agree having a world where it pushes you to explore because you begin out leveling makes sense.

I love my steam deck, I would only want windows for gamepass native.
I've been contemplating to get a 1 or 2tb internal drive for dual booting. But even then I don't think I want to deal with windows on such a small screen.
I should've included pc games, as there is tons of problems there with rushed development.
Pokémon violet for Nintendo switch isn't a Microsoft problem...
Last of us for pc isn't a Microsoft problem
Cyberpunk in general isn't a Microsoft problem
Lords of the ring Gollum isn't a Microsoft problem
Etc.
Why is a comment about game developers turned into a console war debate? Guess that's n4g fo...
Tbh I think the only console that needs pumping is the switch.
The ps5 and Xbox series seem to be good enough. We just need the games and better optimization for them to run at 60fps.
I think this generation game developers are rushing to release, and not really working on the hardware scaling.
120fps was a pipe dream that's not being achieved, just like 4k in the previous generation.
Wasn't a great show case. The games felt a rinse and repeat, and avatars first trailer looked rough as hell. Like low quality textures, either I was missing something. It wasn't great.
Don't forget the constant hand holding with tutorials. Learn this new ability by pressing Y, now prove that you can press Y 8 times before you can move on....
If those are the graphics of the cosmetic items in the store. Then they are having a laugh at laziness for a high price tag. They all look like crap.
I am so on the fence with this title. My friends are all over it but I find supporting this greed worrying. There is nothing stopping them releasing xpac after xpac like Destiny 2 and milking for sub par content.
I do hope this changes once Microsoft owns act/blizzard
I do hope Xbox can pull of a food show case. Sony dropped the ball this time, I just wanna see good games on display.
Not a high bar to beat..
I'm curious how this'll review, as I wasn't impressed by the first beta testing. Didn't have time to check out the 2nd and server stress test.
That's how I felt with the show. It was all 3rd party games that'll be on every platform. Outside the couple of Sony first party games, it felt pretty poor.
What was this splattoon rip off?
I tried the reboot god of war and was hooked to the cut scenes. But the combat put me off so I didn't get far. I tried a few times and gave up because the combat felt very arcady while the games tone was really serious. So I didn't bother with the 2nd game.
