I disliked Sword and Shield for one simple reason, is this Digimon power up thing they have, the mega evolve, it's such a cheap way of adding a limit break to a game that doesn't need it. I ended up quitting early on with Sword.
Legends was an interest concept for Pokemon but the story was so strange I grew bored of the same old sneak, throw pokemon, in a world that felt bland after a few hours.
I'm curious about Violet, but I do not have hi...
I don't understand how 3rd place is a game with over an hour of back to back cut scenes. 2nd play is over 90 minutes. Then first place is 46 minutes....??
Really?
These articles are rubbish when it comes to titles.
Games will become 30fps.... they pick Arkham Knights which everyone knows is poorly optimised, then they go and make a comment such as
"To put it brutally, Gotham Knights' 30fps nature on consoles appears to be down to the authorship of the game as opposed to the raw capabilities of the hardware"
For Tales, I've not played it or read into it, so I do not know much about it. But if game...
I agree, it over stayed it's welcome. The final 5 hours I wanted it over with.
Great game for details and gameplay. But the story wasn't all that.
I think them announcing 4 silent hill products may over saturate the franchise.
The Silent Hill F, I don't really get why it's in Asia.. hopefully the story explains better instead of just being inspired from Fatal Frame.
"sequels are not always going to be as major a step"
You can say that again about last of us 2.
And the developer blamed the Series S for it's sub par power.
I first thought the idea looked cheesy, then one of the more recent previews made it look like a fun game, but watching the IGN review this looks half arsed at points.
Edit:
Watching the review above and it's horrible to listen to with him missing T's in most words.
I'm curious how much of an issue this really is, considering there are options to down scale games on PC to run at many different configs.
Look at Nintendo they got things like BOTW running on their console at great performance.
I've not played many games by Bossa Studios, but if they are an indie developer, (not saying all are like this), but not many indie teams optimise their games well. Look at things like Ark when it released.
Now...
Silent hill came out after and had a more creative, yet confusing story behind it. Where as resident evil is a little more straight forward, then sadly went silly.
As well, I think people prefer the living dead over mutated creatures in horror.
I really like the dark side to silent hill. And dislike the silliness of Resident evil, the whole corporation Vs the world, and whesker injecting himself and so on. Was a sonic and eggman rivalry between the main...
But there isn't a lot of dialogue in Botw?
Wow that was a hard watch.
And YouTube caps out at 60fps..
It looks really well made surprisingly got a movie from a video game.
Voice actor for Mario is weak though.
I haven't even downloaded it yet. I was unsure on this title when it was releasing for PlayStation. Heard it's gotten great reviews.
Ah that's a shame I didn't buy anything during the time it was up. I found gamepass a better platform as you do not need to pay monthly then buy the games ontop. Google shot themselves in the foot with this model.
Can you still buy things now and get refunded when they close the service? I haven't looked into stadia since they launched it.
Why not allow us to make an acception list of games that can be QR and games we don't want it to be QR enabled?
Tbh from the trailers it looked pretty crap. The first one was ok, but it was to much of a tropical island. For me, I want a division meets zombies. Locked in a big ruined city and having to survive against the horde with RPG elements.
Was hoping dying light would fill that but there is only one section where it is tower blocks and it's sort lived.
I know the title says island... But wish games stopped with the large opened zones and confined them m...
