Curious on price. May upgrade if the BC for PS4 games are unlocked from the get go (most likely is). Then shift my PS4 pro and stick to a 5 and play the games I've missed.
But this really is down to the price, and the output at 4k (60fps and true 4k).
True, but l4d was more of a 4 Vs 4 game right?
Is that the same as this but 3rd person? (Legit question, as I've not read much into this game).
Explains the price then. It's around £35 to preorder compared to the usual £40-45.
I really enjoyed the surge. Felt easy but had its moments of tension. Do I continue on with all my souls, or so I go back and spend them?
Dark souls has that same feeling. But it can be pretty brutal and at times looks grainy around the edges.
Hoping the surge 2 will be better than the first game.
Cos we are. Move along now.
That trailer was rubbish. There was a bit where he was running along a wall, looked like in game graphics and I was just disappointed by it.
I played assassin's creed origins before I played this. I managed to get right near the end of Horizon before putting the game on hold. (felt a tad bored after a good 30+ hours).
I kinda wished Horizon was a little bit more like assassin's creed origins. Random loot generation, random crafting, fill the map with many side quests, even if their just pointless fetch quests.
The game felt huge but felt like you were just running through content just to get f...
So day dreaming?
Sadly it's just a rehash. It talks about their vision, learn to get good, and the new one "ease of access for disabilities."
Nothing new here , just another stupid article that thinks having another difficulty setting is a sin.
"Oh, they can't add an easy mode. It'll ruin their vision off the game! Even though normal mode is their vision off the game...." Some people are special.
I don't believe re ever had in game cheat codes. It was all done on those action replay cards if I recall. But I get what you're saying.
I do miss hearing about a secret combo of buttons to unlock something new (especially in gta3 etc)
It's difficult to like this but I don't hate it either.
It's not content that is only hidden behind a pay wall. And it isn't forced f2p content (super slow grind to get the item you want).
It's an optional way of unlocking special items. So I personally wouldn't use it, but at £4 it's not that expensive (should really be £1.99). But it's something we shouldn't expect in a game.
This discussion has gone on way too long now. Almost every 2nd article is about making the game easier. I was all for it. But these copy and paste pages are boring now.
The funny thing is. Some people who have been defending the normal/hard mode probably have never played the game or completed them. Their just there because they like the discussion (troll stating). It's sad really.
Some older games were made so hard that they couldn't be beaten. It wasn't because the developer wanted a difficult game. They didn't even finish making the game. So made some impossible to beat (instant death again X boss etc).
Using older games were harder is a bad excuse. Back then you can't patch things out. While now you can.
It'll be the same argument with bringing out any sort of paid dlc.. back then there was no such thing. S...
I don't understand how having an easier mode effects the game for others who don't want it.
You can still play the game the way it was intended and just ignore the easier mode.
Guess it's a reason to make an article....
Edit; reading some of these people's responses as in "it's the developers vision."
That's a crap excuse. You make the normal mode, that's their vision, then they can patch in an eas...
Depends on price tbh. These old ports are being priced ridiculously high lately. Especially the final fantasy ports, and capcoms re ports.
Never really played much of twilight princess, so if the price is right I'll grab a copy.
YouTube "was handsome jack the hero" watch gametheorys video.
This made me question the whole of bl2 and pre.S. (in a good way)
I've never enjoyed a character such as Jack in a Game, that I'm sad he won't be in the 3rd (or maybe he is).
One thing I hope they do is fix the mob scaling. Don't just add 30% more hp, DMG and random buffs.
Borderlands on the hardest difficulty can be a night are. Get a power skag that shoots corruption from a far that one shots you constantly.... Where's the fun in that.
I doubt they'd go the route of shared world online shooter.
It'll probably be more the same of #2 but bigger.
So a disc less console is £199, while getting one with a drive is currently £229 (Argos sale down from £250), was recently £169.99 on eBay new a few hours ago....
I'd rather pay the extra and get one with a disc drive. Makes BC easier as you just buy a cheap used copy of the game and not pay double for the same game digitally.
I feel this should've been £149.99 to really fit in. It's a fairly pointless option when a s...
