I must be one of the few that don't see the hype in this game. Reminds me a lot of mgs5.
Only thing I'm curious about is if the hype will succeed or not when it releases.
The games are great, don't get me wrong.
Bl2 is in my top 10.b
But I felt certain things were cheaply done.
Each difficulty is whack on 30% more health and damage. On the highest you could get one shotted from across the park. Balance right?
But end game is just the same as every other aspect. Since anything can drop your best in slot you don't have to go kill a certain boss.
I'll play bl3 but will be f...
With BL 1 and 2, I hit end game but never really went much further. Got some good gear, but the lack of armour slots made it feel a little trivial to continue farming.
If they had things like World of Warcraft or Diablo 3, where you had set pieces of armour along with the guns, it would make that need to farm, more addictive.
This direct came as a shock and my £4 / year is well worth my Switch online. (Family pass / 8 people).
Can be said with many games. I'm feeling the same may come to deaths standing.
Mine sits collecting dust. Been thinking do I sell it. But with torchlight 2 and Pokémon coming out I've held onto it.
Cool system, but price of games and it being an indie machine. Makes the other two consoles more appealing.
I watched the 6 minute BL3 commander guide. Claptrap now actually sounds annoying and not funny at all. Got this feeling he is going to bug the shit out of me and not in a good way.
It's written like this
Proving Grounds is going to keep people playing Borderlands 3, hours after the campaign.
It's a gauntlet / diablo rift style mode. Enter a dungeon. Kill bad guys , kill a boss within 30mins of entering. Get rewarded based on how you did.
I'm offended by your comment! 🤓
I'd say PS4 as it's cheaper for the games and many bigger titles.
But with the ps5 coming in the next year, it's a tough choice.
The switch (I own one) is a decent machine. But I've not played it in a few months. Since Pokémon let's go was a let down. So I wouldn't recommend it personally.
Skater XL is really good but it seems it's the community are the ones supporting the game. The Devs went quiet from the Steam page.
It was so hyped when it got big that it's going to take a long time for the hype to fade. Another 20 years?
Re2 remake was a really good. Even with it being fairly short I did get a little bored of the classi back and forth puzzles. Weren't many but when they showed up was a little doll.
I really hope we see a Dino crisis 1 and 2 remake!
I agree. The pricing is stupid. It's over priced and digital is worse. Should give people a discount for going digital if they are forced to pay a plastic tax on the cartridge.
My switch sits collecting dust as I'd rather spend £15 on a PS4 version of the same game instead of £40+.
Sniper is a game ice been wanting to buy as it's cheap but I keep putting off so this saves me a few bucks.
I do want torchlight but would prefer the 2nd one.
Wipeout I'll try, never liked it on the ps1. But will give the vr pack ago. :)
So far my best PS game was Detroit as it's the only game I actually played from the recent years of plus.
For me, no. I saw the E3 event with Revees and thought it was crap, and a bit messy. Like he wasn't as professional and it didn't sell it for me.
But then you get things like Microsoft events and they are too much and act silly and it's a gruesome watch.
Mario kart maker as well would be good.
It was a horrible controller. I remember it being alright back in the day. But went to a gaming arcade pub the other year and yeah.... Nostalgia on golden eye was ruined by the lack of a 2nd analogue. Tried to play it and gave up after 10mins. Just awkward to play.
I can't even play mine ATM got my left hand in a cast can't touch the analogue stick with my thumb.
