Why is the price falling so quick? Heard good things. Must not be everyone's cup of tea (kinda like the yazuka series / their great games btw)
I enjoyed the first but truthfully didn't really understand everything in the game.
Only thing that was an issue with the first was how each level felt like waves of mobs. It pulled the immersion often when you're running from A to B, kill mobs, collect ammo and repeat.
The thing is, how many hours is the console sitting there idle and she's gone off for the day/week forgetting it's paused/or not, left running still.
I doubt it's 755 hours of actual playing, but a huge mix of console idling.
I'm not trying to bash the story at all. I find the story charming, and love the idea that his 82 year old grandma plays console games (wish my grandad tried, his 84, it could be a good release for him).
If the cost was a lot lower I'd be all over it. But at £200 it's not a good deal, you could pay a little more and get the original device and the dock.
The switch was a cramp fest for me, I'm expecting the Switch Lite to be worse for me.
For here in the UK, it's priced way to high for it to be great. (£199).
You may as well spend a little extra and get a docked version, with a game bundle (Seen that go for £240 before).
Tbh only issue with my PS4 pro is the home screen. It's so laggy/choppy.
Gaming on the console is good still, graphics don't really need improving (of course won't say no), frame rate is so-so but isn't making the enjoyment any less.
Load times could be improved. But I don't feel the 4 to the 5 will be leaps and bounds though.
I agree to some extent. It's when Devs say they'll do post launch content and then go quiet. How do we know the game is being supported any longer after the harsh backlash.
They should speak up and explain their plan to fix the issues.
The longer they stay the quiet the less we as gamers would trust them.
For no man's sky, it was harsh to the developer. But I give him credit and respect for sticking to it and rarely going under the ra...
I got the switch and played a handful of games. The original thought on the switch was cool, but now it's just an indie game machine. With far and few between with major releases coming to the system.
Also the price of games is rather a joke. That it forces me to stick to my other consoles as I get more for my money.
With 9 million given out for free with twitch prime!
Was a good choice as I'm really enjoying Detroit become human.
GAME in the UK charge £5-10 more if you collect in store over their online site (used to be free delivery as well).
There are other companies who have a few stores on the high street but deal more online while keeping the price low.
I can understand if they want to increase the price a little. But sometimes it's just taking the piss charging upto 50% more for the option to walk in and collect.
If their anything like GAME, then you can't blame the digital market as the reason. Selling games at £55-60, when everyone else is selling for £35-45, is your down fall.
Gamestop should've adapted into a better online store and matched its rivals instead of trying to take as much from the little followers they had.
I agree. If it was £15. I'd snap it up, but at almost the cost of a new title, I'd pass. Wait for a sale and see if it drops sub £20.
Is it really a game that needs exclusivity rights?
Never played it and doesn't look like something I'd play.
If it becomes that I will understand. But I don't think they'd do that on a home console. As you can't install other stores. For PC maybe. As it's kinda happening.
But I doubt they'd remove the ability to buy games out right so they can then rent them out.
You would rather double dip in the market and have purchase as well rent/sub services.
Tbh I don't mind these game pass subscription services. You get a choice.
A) buy game out right (physical or digital)
B) rent game for X amount a month
For me, when a game is completed and I've had my fair share of playing it. I don't care if I still own it in my library.
If the library of rented games is big enough for the cost. I may consider one.
I feel the need to own a game argument inval...
Only Nintendo game I'm looking forward to is Pokémon shield series as I've not played a Pokémon game in many years.
Rest of Nintendo's direct didn't appeal to me. Didn't like botw 1, that I'm unsure on 2.
Would people be mad with a Switch pro that mainly bumps the docked output and keeps the handheld experience the same (with smoother frame rates with a better chip)?
Just don't call it Switch U!
Gathered that with Microsoft's last year's E3 and everything was timed exclusive. This year it was world premiere... Showing of many multi platform games.
I'm rather liking mighty quest , but the pay to win stuff us a bit lack lustering.
