From a business standpoint they have done everything right to garner the position they are in. Forget about graphics a fun game is a fun game. While graphics do help (the main reason why I own a PS3) it's not the only thing that matters. And the part in the article about alienating the hardcore is bu**sh!t. There is no auto aim debacle. Auto aim is meant for games that require twitch like reflexs so that people can actually manage to play those games. Killzone 2 is not a run and gun type shooter. Its a run for cover pop and shoot, hurry and move before they come get you type of game. This game is not call of duty, I would wish people would just accept that. WoW is a really good game, but if you like to solo stuff then you're pretty SH!T out of Luck. I avoided the game for 3 years, started playing got hooked, but once I had to start depending on other people to complete certain quest or make certain armors, that was it I stop playing. Warcrack was fun but its not for me. I am not to social when it comes to gaming. I like to go in, do the thing, get out.
DLC like the one R* just released is what DLC needs to be. GTA4 was a massive game, as mediocre as I found it to be that game couldn't have been finished in time had this piece of DLC been ready out the box.

I have seen the games side by side and Uncharted beats that game. Maybe not by a huge margin but considering that Uncharted is one whole year the elder of Gears 2 thats amazing. Good review, but why do they keep insisting that Gears of War 2 has the best looking graphics out there. Those graphics have been blown to sh!t with what has come out recently. Not to mention Uncharted is way ahead of that curve. up until Killzone 2 released nothing really came close to uncharted, Metal Gear solid 4 is included on that list. Uncharted really has to most underrated graphics of this gen. Maybe uncharted 2 will gather more respect for the fine folk at naughty dog.
