Save your applause for the end.

Not when it's because it didn't meet some crazy margin. It's like if something doesn't make EA a billion dollars on day one (I'm exaggerating that figure of course), they swiftly put it out to pasture.

I wouldn't say I applaud it, but it certainly got me more excited about GTA6.

Not only has clearing a Minecraft map never been done before, but he's also a YouTuber with 25K subscribers. Which means he's making money off of it. You're not making any money posting toxic opinions on N4G.

Could say the same for someone with 798 comments on N4G. But as long as you enjoy what you do and it's not hurting anyone, what does it matter?

@Vengeance1138 You're free to express your brainwashed opinions about racial injustice and anti-fascism, but don't pull the reverse SoMeoNe DisAgrEEd WiTh mE card to justify your delusional worldview.

The last Madden I enjoyed was Madden 15.

From a preservation standpoint, this is the one thing I hate about digital games. And things will get much worse if game streaming becomes the norm.

RE1's first zombie encounter was definitely creepy in its own right, but it was the Cerberuses that jump through the hallway windows that gave most people a fright. You didn't know what to expect at that point, as nowhere felt safe. Furthermore, not only does the back of the game box mention (let alone show) zombies, but the official strategy guide prominently featured a zombie on the cover as well. It wasn't a secret.

Everything else is on point though.

"The PC port [of Silent Hill 2] isn't available either nor do we recommend it, as it's full of bugs."

Silent Hill 2: Enhanced Edition sends its regards.

@RgR

That's a fair critique, but I think the story was just as amazing as the first game's. It hit all the right notes for me. I'm glad it went against the whole "when seeking revenge, dig two graves" trope. It was just as much a story about love and forgiveness as it was about hate and revenge. Love or hate it, the game struck emotions in all of us.

When people complain about the story, what most of them really mean is they didn't like the LGBTQ and/or so-called SJW elements. I'm sure there's some legitimate criticism about the game, but no one with a sound mind goes out of their way to hate something this hard because of a story.

If a job is taking a serious mental toll on you, then you find a new job. You don't expect the job to cater to your feelings unless you're in a position to change things for the better. There's so many careers that are more mentally taxing (military, emergency services, etc.) than crunching a video game. Funny how you never hear those people complaining about it.

Also, congratulations on being the 76357869th person to mention his work on DNF.

This. TLoU2 is my game of the year, but I couldn't care less if it wins GOTY at the Game Awards or not, as it doesn't invalidate my opinion about it. What I AM interested in, however, is a possible SH reveal. I haven't heard about the MGS1 rumor, but that would be sweet too. Here's hoping.

I'm enjoying the Dark Pictures Anthology so far (even got Little Hope pre-ordered), but I'm hoping Supermassive eventually makes another horror game that's just as lengthy and fleshed out as Until Dawn. Slim chance, but just imagine an original Friday the 13th, Halloween, or Nightmare on Elm Street script done in the style of Until Dawn. Ho-ly-shit. That's right up there with a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles game from Rocksteady Studios in the style of the Arkham games for me. O...

"Unfortunately this is now the cost of making popular entertainment that challenges conventions."

Druckmann's right, though. It's within your right not to like something, but when you put this much time and energy into hating it and/or the people involved with it, there's clearly something wrong with you mentally. (Generally speaking.)

Edit: Oops, that was meant to be in response to -Foxtrot.
