I've had the game rented for a couple weeks now. Loving it!
I've had infamous for over a week. I've already beaten it on good.
Anyone else think we'll be seeing this at next year's E3?
Well.. it's either Xbox or Wii. Their DS games sell like crack. Their PSP games are doing better numbers than any other developers' on PSP. Their PS2 games are still selling. Their PS1 games are worth more than their weight in gold.
I don't know how well they're doing on Wii, they haven't done much there either.. but I highly doubt they've invested enough to cause their balance sheet to go red.
So what's their problem then Mr. Pachter?
For me, BD is killing everything else!
I don't go to theaters. I don't stream anymore. I don't VOD, in fact I cancelled my cable service. My DVDs are all gathering dust.
I've become very spoiled with 1080p (or at least the same sized pixels displayed in letterbox.) and lossless 5.1. I've denied myself my 2 extra satellites, to comprise 7.1 for fear of how spoiled I will become then.
Though I agree with the sentiment of the article, these issues are minor in comparison to the obscene price disparity on BD games in Canada as well as the complete lack of Video Store. They could at least give us Canadian content hassle free.
As for Rag Doll Kung Fu, I downloaded it with a US account, no big deal. It's more Spint's fault than Sony's. They don't operate in Canada anymore.

Yes. I quit playing LotRO because the damn mouse is inescapable. It will let you map EVERY button to a controller, but you can't ditch the damn mouse. Let me use my D-Pad to select targets and my right stick to control my camera.. what's so tough?
Well if they know nothing about it, they'd better get to knowing and calling their lawyers about it. There's a lot of blatant copyright infringement in those pics; Even for the Chinese.

They keep making great stuff like they have been, I'll keep paying. Dissidia, Birth by Sleep and Agito are day 1 buys for me, as was Crisis Core.
Ports: Paid for them already, not paying again.
I bought it on launch day. Paid $80. Played for 2 hours and traded it in.
Worst game Tri-Ace has ever made and thats really saying something.
Looks like a PS2 game with an HD interface. I think I'd rather take that over a PS2 game though.
